The night before your tour, the app will update with your pickup time, and you'll also receive a text message notification about the pickup details, which is very convenient. The city pickup range is quite extensive. The road from Taipei to Jiufen is a mountain road, and I personally get motion sickness, so I recommend bringing motion sickness medication if you're prone to it. Upon arriving in Jiufen, I noticed that 95% of the visitors were Korean. There aren't many food options, and everything is priced for tourists.

We participated in this day trip on July 29th. The Punch vehicle was clean and comfortable, and our driver and tour guide, Da Feng, was truly professional. Not only was his driving skill excellent and safe, but he also explained the attractions and history along the way in detail, recommended Taipei's delicious food, and even helped us take many photos. After the trip, he also dropped us off at our hotel near Taipei Main Station, which was very thoughtful! The entire journey was fulfilling and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

It's been a long time since I last visited Jiufen. Our tour guide this time was Da Luo, who was very enthusiastic in his explanations and also helped us take photos. The car was very comfortable.

小新 was a superb driver and guide. We were supposed to have an English speaking guide. But due to lack of joiners, we were mixed with a Chinese speaking guide. We can understand a bit of Mandarin so not really a big problem. We were also given a refund for the price difference between English and Chinese guide.

Help Dad and Mom write a good review! They participated in Klook's "Jiufen, Shifen, Golden Waterfall Day Tour from Taichung," and the tour guide and driver, Lele Bear, was fantastic! He was incredibly kind and patient, his explanations were humorous and thoughtful, and he even helped Dad and Mom take many beautiful photos. The entire itinerary was perfectly arranged, not too rushed and never boring. Dad and Mom kept saying how much fun they had when they returned. The tour fee was reasonable and great value. I sincerely recommend Lele Bear's tour! 👍

Highlight of our tour - Juifen old street! Kudos to our dedicated tour guide Mr. Cash Ma for assisting us from Taichung to our hotel in Taiyuan. We truly appreciate the warm and kind assistance, made our trip convenient and memorable.
