We were very lucky to have Eva as our tour guide; she was lively, cheerful, and helpful. Although the weather wasn't ideal, with wind and rain throughout the sightseeing, we still completed the entire tour smoothly. Yehliu Geopark was picturesque, and we saw many interesting geological formations. Throughout the trip, Eva thoughtfully reminded us not to miss any attractions and helped us take many photos. When we arrived at Jiufen Old Street, she recommended many delicious foods and souvenir shops, and we thoroughly enjoyed eating. Releasing sky lanterns at Shifen Old Street was also a very interesting experience; watching lanterns slowly ascend all around us, with cheers from people of different countries, made us feel that everyone's emotions were the same at that moment—anticipation,感動 (moved), and joy. Although the time felt a bit rushed and the weather was bad, overall, we were satisfied. We have a great impression of Taiwan and look forward to seeing it again!

A comfortable coach was provided for the day tour. The friendly tour guide, NaNa, introduced the places of interest before we arrived. It was a memorable experience. NaNa helped us take many photos and compiled them into a video clip at the end of the day. Thank you.

There were scheduled tours throughout the day, departing on time, and each person was provided with a bottle of mineral water on the bus. The only minor drawback was that the assigned bus was too small and quite cramped. Bus driver Mr. Liu's driving skills were excellent, and tour guide Nana would adjust the itinerary according to the weather conditions. On that day, it was originally planned to visit Yehliu, then Jiufen, and finally Shifen. However, after visiting Yehliu, it wasn't raining in Shifen at that time, so the itinerary was adjusted to go to Shifen first, then Jiufen. This also gave us the opportunity to see Jiufen at night. Nana is very nice and provides excellent service; she introduced the attractions and helped with photos, but her Cantonese still needs a bit of improvement 😅. Overall, it was still a good experience 👍🏻

A Klook day tour to Jiufen is, without a doubt, a must-do for travelers. As is well known, Yehliu, Jiufen, and Shifen are located in the outer suburbs of Taipei City, and there are no direct MRT stations. Travelers departing from Taipei, if not choosing a taxi, would need to find public buses, which consumes time and effort. The Klook one-day tour is affordably priced, offers comfortable point-to-point transportation by tour bus, and the tour guide is professional, diligently explaining attractions and actively helping travelers take photos to capture memories, providing us with an unforgettable experience.
