It was raining heavily in the morning, but we were able to enter the facility. It's reassuring to have an umbrella when visiting the butterfly area. Inside, there are many indoor insect exhibits, so you can enjoy yourself even if it's raining. We spent a leisurely three hours exploring. There's also a restaurant, and the pasta and Malay dishes were delicious. There weren't any drinks available for children, so I recommend bringing your own beverages. There were no vending machines inside the facility. My child was thrilled to see and touch both taxidermied and live insects. The rain stopped partway through, and we were able to enjoy the butterflies in the butterfly garden. If it's raining, the butterflies tend to rest, so I recommend visiting the indoor exhibits first. The Entopia original T-shirt was cute, so I bought it as a souvenir. We had a wonderful time. Experience: Excellent

Depois de obter o QR Code da Klook, basta sair do trem de montanha em direção a The habitat. Este QR Code é usado para escanear na entrada para a caminhada na floresta. No entanto, quem quiser assistir ao pôr do sol às 19h30 precisará pagar um adicional de 18 ringgits por pessoa e receberá um cordão amarelo para usar, podendo tirar fotos à vontade. Had a great half-day tour in Balik Pulau! Our guide CC was super attentive and very well-versed in heritage. He started by introducing us to bedak sejuk (cooling powder), a centuries old Penang skincare tradition-such a unique cultural gem! We then enjoyed delicious Fried Flat Noodles (Char Hor Fun) at a local spot in Balik Pulau. Although the Belacan factory was closed, CC still took the time to explain the entire belacan-making process to us in detail. He also shared fascinating insights at the Nutmeg Factory, the Container Art Festival, and capped it all off with a delicious durian tasting. His explanation of the Malay Kampong house's design and functionality was a real highlight. Highly recommend CC!

Que viagem maravilhosa. Uma atividade imperdível. O Eddie foi um dos melhores guias que já tivemos. Timing perfeito. Aprendemos muito. Paisagem ótima. Paradas bem espaçadas e muita variedade. O único ponto negativo foi não termos recebido uma confirmação na noite anterior, mas recebemos um e-mail logo cedo na manhã do passeio. Recomendo muito esta viagem de um dia.

We enjoyed our guided tour with Rana who is knowledgeable about fruit trees he introduced to us and we enjoyed eating the different fruits besides the juice and fruits package we bought via Klook. Overall a fun tour but beware can be very hot and mosquitoes too. Also you can request the ticketing office to help book taxi to leave the place as we are near to closing time at 5:15 pm.

It was convinient, guide was good and overall nice experience. It was really hot when we went and the convince of your own transport was helpful.Pengang hill was nice and with express train pass there was hardly any waiting time.
