Mr. Ong did an excellent job in making our short trip worth every penny. We communicated ahead that we would be visiting the Habitat, and he agreed. The fast lane ticket made our entire Penang Hill trip smooth. He made special arrangements to drop us off at a nearby food hub. Mr. Ong is easy to get along with, not arrogant nor hot-headed. He is very patient and a very good driver. For a private tour of 3, it was surely a trip to remember.

Everything is good. Since it's a peak season, the price is too high but you were able to enjoy a VIP access. So skipping the 2-hour line is a yes for me. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and accommodating and even dropped us off at a good restaurant after the tour.

Mr. Ong is knowledgeable and polite, and also a safe driver. We enjoyed our trip to the temple; it's good that he could drive us all the way to the top (no need to walk up). The Penang Hill cable car express lane was a bonus. The lines were very long, but luckily we didn't have to wait. The David Brown restaurant is very tasty.

These places are truly memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, and it was quite fun. Our tour guide, Shawn, provided many insights and was even kind enough to offer us sugarcane juice to quench our thirst. This place is a gem. Many spots are perfect for Instagram photos. I'm definitely coming back again with my friends and family.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a tour with a friendly and knowledgeable Mr Ong, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment we embarked on our journey, his warm demeanor and expertise created an inviting atmosphere. His deep understanding of the area's history, culture, and landmarks enriched the entire excursion, providing invaluable insights at every stop. Not only did he navigate us seamlessly through bustling streets and scenic routes, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the trip.

Highly recommend this tour if you are here for a short trip and first time to Penang! Mr Ong is very punctual and knowledgeable with the locations here. He let us tour around the temple and the Penang Hill free and easy at our own pace. The express ticket for the funicular that is included as well is also worth it as the queue is very long if you were to get normal tickets. For those interested in nature walks, you can pay another 60 RM (per adult) to enter the UNESCO heritage conservation area at the top of Penang Hill. It takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. Mr Ong is very kind to have also prepared small mineral water bottles for us and also kindly dropped us off at the place we wanted to have dinner instead of our hotel in Georgetown. He also shared with us some of the must-try food stalls as we drove past stalls on our way to our dinner place and other info about Penang city. Highly recommend!!! Thank you, Mr Ong!!!

Our guide and driver Mr Teh was really great! Very good at explaining all the details about the temple and making small talk with the older folks! Also very attentive to our special needs family member. Water is provided also. Loved the experience overall! Express tickets up the monorail to Penang hill is a must. Only have a short while to explore the hill so can’t do much but will definitely come back to explore the hill for a full day in the future.

Overall, it was a fantastic tour. We had a great time and learned a lot from the tour guide. I only wish the skies could have been clearer, but it was still a great day.
