The places we went were quite far from Tokyo and not easy to get a private charter but they have been very helpful in discussing and finding a driver who will take us. On that day, traffic was not the best but Jeff, our driver, was very patient and considerate. Taking care of us at each stop, Jeff ensured we don’t lose our way as we walked around by giving us clear recommendations. Happy with the tour and will definitely book again with the same vendor.

I had an amazing experience on the Kamakura and Atami fireworks tour! The tour guide Sakuragi was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing Japanese culture. He provided fascinating insights into Kamakura’s history and made sure everyone, especially the elderly, felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the trip. The Atami fireworks show was breathtaking. Sakuragi made sure everyone was well-informed, reminding us about the last train and offering flexible options to get off at Shinjuku or Tokyo station. Our driver, Mr. Ito, was equally thoughtful, stop the bus as close as possible to Atami Beach so we didn’t have to walk far. The Atami fireworks were breathtaking, and the entire trip was smooth and enjoyable thanks to the excellent coordination and care from both the guide and the driver. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore and experience Japan with a thoughtful and professional guide!

This day trip was absolutely fantastic! Our guide, Xiao Yuan, was professional and friendly, and the driver was thoughtful and reliable. The meeting time and location were clearly explained, and they provided full support via WhatsApp, which made us feel very secure. The entire tour was conducted in Chinese, and there was ample time at each stop, making the itinerary very comfortable. The main attractions were truly beautiful! First, we took photos at Lake Ashi, where every angle was incredibly photogenic. Then, we visited Hakone Shrine to pray and admire the ancient torii gate and lake views. The most delightful surprise was the Atami Fireworks! ✨ There was no one blocking our view from the steps, and the fireworks exploded right before our eyes; we couldn't get enough of watching and taking pictures! There was also time for shopping and tasting local snacks. The whole trip was fulfilling and unforgettable, highly recommended!

Serina war unsere Reiseleiterin, sie war sehr professionell, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns das Gefühl, willkommen und gut betreut zu sein! Obwohl wir wegen des starken Windes nicht mit der Seilbahn fahren konnten, erhielten wir dafür eine Rückerstattung von 1000 Yen. Das Feuerwerk in Atami ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis, das ich sicher nicht vergessen werde. Ich kann diese Tour sehr empfehlen! Meine Füße können sich endlich etwas von all dem Gehen erholen.

Los lugares estaban un poco lejos unos de otros y era el día antes de Año Nuevo, por lo que el tráfico era muy malo. Pero en general, el guía turístico y el conductor fueron muy amables al respecto.

It was cloudy until morning and cold enough to see our breath because it rained the night before the tour. However, thanks to our self-proclaimed weather fairy guide, Jeon Ara, we were able to see Mount Fuji on the way back to Tokyo. It was a breathtaking view that we encountered after a long wait, making for an even more pleasant end to our trip 🗻. It was great that Guide Jeon Ara adjusted the itinerary according to the weather and on-site conditions, rather than sticking to the planned order. We were also grateful for her recommendations for delicious snacks at each location and her accurate guidance and explanations 💗. I realized that seeing Mount Fuji is more difficult than expected and requires a lot of luck (😅). Since the temperature is about 5 degrees lower than in downtown Tokyo, the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom and the weather will be warmer until late April, so it would be a good time to visit in April 🌸.

The driver was very nice and flexible with the itinerary, even allowing adjustments outside of the planned schedule. Although we encountered bad weather and couldn't take the cable car up Mount Omuro, the driver still offered some good alternative suggestions for our trip.
