El senyor Yamamuro va ser increïblement pacient, atent i complaent. És un conductor molt prudent i va estar pendent de nosaltres en tot moment. Va fer que el nostre viatge a Izu fos agradable i plaent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ En aquesta excursió d'un dia als focs artificials d'Atami, vaig tenir la sort de trobar la guia Zoe / Xiaowang! El que més em va impressionar de tot el viatge va ser el seu domini del temps i de l'ordre del grup. Les explicacions dels llocs d'interès eren clares, les instruccions importants es van donar de manera completa i tots els horaris de trobada es van gestionar molt bé, cosa que va permetre que tot el viatge es desenvolupés sense problemes segons el previst. Vaig apreciar especialment la seva manera de guiar el grup, "suau però amb principis". Quan calia recordar alguna cosa als membres del grup, sempre mantenia una actitud amable, però també insistia que tothom respectés l'horari i l'ordre del grup. Crec que un bon guia no és necessàriament aquell que ofereix un servei excessiu, sinó aquell que sap explicar clarament el que s'ha de dir i gestionar bé el que s'ha de gestionar, permetent als viatgers gaudir del viatge amb tranquil·litat. Gràcies, Zoe / Xiaowang, per la teva dedicació i professionalitat durant tot el camí. Aquesta valoració de cinc estrelles és un suport que et vull donar de tot cor! ❤️

very good guide and excellent service including introducing a lot of history about Japan and time control good and even due to traffic and rain, we still catch up the train. Give us a wonderful memory

This tour was the highlight of my first day in Japan. Matt is an incredible guide. He shared fascinating background about Enoshima and Atami that brought the locations to life. He never rushed us as we had plenty of time to soak in the views and grab photos. I appreciate Matt’s thoughtfulness. When I realized I had forgotten my phone charging cable and asked where I could buy one, he did not just point me to a store. . . he handed me his own cable to use. That kind of kindness is rare. He saved my phone battery for the photos. 👍 He also gave us 2 of the "must-visit" spots for first-timers in Tokyo and what to watch out for. The fireworks were breathtaking and Matt’s guidance made the experience completely stress-free. This is definitely a bookmark-worthy experience. I highly recommend Matt and this tour!

This itinerary is perfect for families with children; meal times and tour arrangements are just right. Our guide, Tommy, was very responsible and attentive, managing the schedule perfectly and recommending the most comfortable and convenient spot to watch the fireworks. We didn't have to spend time pushing through crowds after the show, and both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and felt comfortable.
