This day trip was absolutely fantastic! Our guide, Xiao Yuan, was professional and friendly, and the driver was thoughtful and reliable. The meeting time and location were clearly explained, and they provided full support via WhatsApp, which made us feel very secure. The entire tour was conducted in Chinese, and there was ample time at each stop, making the itinerary very comfortable. The main attractions were truly beautiful! First, we took photos at Lake Ashi, where every angle was incredibly photogenic. Then, we visited Hakone Shrine to pray and admire the ancient torii gate and lake views. The most delightful surprise was the Atami Fireworks! ✨ There was no one blocking our view from the steps, and the fireworks exploded right before our eyes; we couldn't get enough of watching and taking pictures! There was also time for shopping and tasting local snacks. The whole trip was fulfilling and unforgettable, highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic! This has been an amazing day. Mika, our guide, was wonderful, from clear directions for where/when to meet, support via WhatsApp, multi-lingual communication speaking in clearly in English, Japanese and Chinese. Hakone, was the first stop, and was breathtaking. The Torii gate on Lake Ashii was very special, with the shine above. There was a beautiful pond area with lots of koi carp and lotus flowers. There were lots of food stalls with sweet and savoury options, we just opted for ice cream on a hot day. There were lots of accessible, very clean toilets. Next stop was Atami, with the beach, pier and Ginza shopping street (not to be confused with the Ginza area of Tokyo). Again, lots of restaurants and street food available. There was live music on the pier and the whole area had a wonderful vibe. We opted for the cruise to see the fireworks which was a little crowded, but definitely worth it. Then back on the coach to head back to Tokyo. Perfect day out!

This trip was fantastic, and a special thanks to our tour guide, Kevin! He would inform us in advance about the timing and important notes for each stop, making the arrangements very thoughtful. At every scenic spot, he would meticulously explain the historical background and share the most enjoyable ways to experience it. Throughout the entire trip, there was ample time for sightseeing and rest, so we never felt rushed. The bus was comfortable and well-ventilated, and the driver was always punctual for pickups and drop-offs, which was very reassuring. At Atami Beach, Kevin not only reminded us to prepare for boarding but also helped us secure the opportunity to be among the first to board, allowing everyone to grab the best spots to watch the fireworks. Although there were many people on the boat, the view was still excellent. He also enthusiastically helped everyone capture beautiful moments of the fireworks, leaving us with precious memories. What was most touching was that Kevin always considered everyone, alternating between English and Chinese translations to ensure that everyone could understand and have a good time. Although he is very young, he is full of energy and charisma, making the entire journey relaxed and enjoyable. We are truly grateful and sincerely wish him all the best!

This day trip to the Tokyo suburbs was excellent. Our guide, Xiao Wu, explained in detail that the fireworks display would be from 08:20 to 08:40, urging everyone not to miss the fireworks due to the short waiting time. Our chosen spot felt very close to the fireworks, as if they were exploding right near us. Additionally, Xiao Wu recommended other attractions, such as shrines, popular photo spots, and unique festivals. Even if we missed them, Xiao Wu shared pictures and videos in the group for everyone to see. Although it was quite foggy at Lake Ashi and we couldn't see Mount Fuji, the trip was still very fulfilling. Thank you, Xiao Wu, for your hard work! We also appreciate the driver for escorting us throughout the journey. It was very foggy from Lake Ashi to Atami, but the driver managed to navigate the winding mountain roads steadily 👍🏻 and quickly drove us back to Tokyo after the fireworks display, ensuring everyone in the group could catch the train back to their hotels 🙇🏻‍♀️. I really enjoyed this tour, and I also loved Mika's guidance and professionalism (five-star review!). The Hakone Peace Gate looks beautiful in photos, it's just that there were a lot of people. My top 3 favorite spots were: the pudding in the shopping street (thanks to Mika's recommendation, totally worth it! Even queuing for a bit was worth it!), the street food stalls (fried fries and night market stir-fried noodles!), and the grand finale, the Atami fireworks! I took the boat tour, and there were several huge and beautiful fireworks, all visible~~ Five-star tour, five-star Mika tour guide!

The itinerary for this trip wasn't rushed at all, allowing plenty of time to wander around. If you're at Hakone Shrine and unsure what to do, I recommend walking a bit further past the pirate ship boarding area; if you're lucky, you might see the summit of Mount Fuji. After arriving in Atami, it might be a bit late, as most shops would have already closed. Therefore, the Lawson convenience store by the sea will have many tourists buying food. You can see the fireworks from Atami Waterfront Park, so I suggest not choosing to board a boat, as this will give you more free time to explore.

The tour guide was very enthusiastic and energetic. Regarding the itinerary, we were worried about potential traffic jams later, so the first stop at Lake Ashi felt a bit rushed. We had to quickly take long-distance photos of the water torii, find a spot to photograph the giant torii, queue at 7-Eleven to buy and eat onigiri, rush to take photos when the Hakone pirate ship docked, then queue for the restroom, and then it was time to get back on the bus and leave. A 30-minute stop was truly tight. We didn't even get a chance to see the souvenir shop that the guide enthusiastically recommended 😂. Upon arriving in Atami, basically only convenience stores, snack stalls, and restaurants were open, plus one drug store. If you don't queue to eat inside a restaurant, there's actually plenty of time.

Itinerario muy especial que comienza por la tarde. No hay que estresarse por levantarse temprano y apurarse. Nuestra guía, Mika, fue muy atenta y servicial, y el conductor también fue muy profesional. Los fuegos artificiales por la noche fueron increíbles y se veían súper cerca desde el crucero. ¡Definitivamente recomendaría este viaje!

Our tour guide, Mika, was incredibly lovely! She constantly reminded everyone about the weather and pointed out restroom locations. There was a WhatsApp group clearly stating the meeting points and times. The weather was fantastic, and we could see Mount Fuji perfectly! The itinerary was well-arranged, allowing ample time to explore Hakone and Atami. The fireworks in Atami were truly worth seeing! We could comfortably enjoy the fireworks even from the shore.

Thanks to Mika, we had a wonderful time at the Atami Fireworks Festival. Her detailed guidance from the meeting point to the viewing spot was reassuring, and her explanations about the fireworks and local area were clear and very informative. Mika was very kind and also very beautiful!
