Great experience. I was upgraded to their other cruise boat called Du Yen with the same itenirary and more premium room. Staff was excellent.

The trip was better than expected! Henry is amazing, his deep knowledge and genuine passion for Vietnam made the scenery come alive. Although it was a day trip, we did not feel rushed at all. The boat is fairly new, very clean, safe and comfortable.

Crucero muy recomendable. El barco esta nuevo!!! Personal muy atento y muy simpatico. Tuvimos la gran suerte que eramo pocos y eso hizo que el trato fuera mas cercano todavia. En cuanto a las actividades, la excursion a la cueva fue espectacular. Paseo en canoa también muy bien. Lo que no me gustó fue la coase de cocina: mas que una clase, ella cocinaba delante nuestra explicando y nos dio a probar, pero en ningún momento fuimos nosotros los que cocinabamos. En la lista de actividades también ponia clase de Tai Chi por la mañana y al llegar no estaba anunciada en ninguna parte ni se hizo otra actividad para sustituirla. Translado: fue un poco caotico tanto a la recogida (nos llamaban por diferentes numeros, uno nos decia que no podia acceder a nuestro hotel (decia que no cabia un autobus en la calle, cuando en realidad si que cabian, era una calle de doble sebtido y la otra persona que nos llamaba que sin ningún problena nos recogia.

The overall experience for Hercules Grand is really good! I will totally recommend it. The pick up was timely and communication with the tour guide is prompt. Our guide, Henry was very informative and funny too. The cruise is also new and well maintained. The itinerary was well planned too. The buffet has some vegetarian options too. Also highly recommend the speed boat ride option although you need to pay slightly more for it.

The cruise was amazing! Very luxurious 😊 The staff made the experience extra special. They are warm, welcoming, very accommodating, and have a great sense of humor. Lee was a great guide on the transfer to the bay. Bao was very kind and had great attention to detail. This was a highlight of our trip for sure! We were upgraded to the Imperial Suite, which was very special. A trip to remember! The gym was also handy and had air conditioning 😊
