¡Excelente servicio! El personal nos dio la cesta de la esquina (ni idea de por qué/cómo), ¡pero eso fue muy apreciado! Básicamente se acercaron a preguntar y dijeron que seríamos los primeros en abordar.

We had such an amazing experience on the hot air balloon ride. The sunrise and the experience were nothing short of spectacular.

We returned to the hotel around 7:30 PM after starting in the morning. It was a very enjoyable full-day tour, and lunch was included. Our guide was very friendly, and all the participants were wonderful people, which made it even more fun. The souvenir shops we stopped at along the way were a bit expensive.

I really enjoyed it. The guide's English pronunciation was very clear, so it was easy for me to understand even though I'm not very good at English.

Aside from being contacted around 9 PM the night before for the pickup time, I was very satisfied with the value for money! Whether you can take good photos with your companions depends on which basket you're in, but the hot air balloons rotate periodically, so the scenic views are perfectly satisfying! However, try to get a spot on the edge... haha.

It was a very satisfying tour. Ferman's explanations were clear and he was very kind. Also, when I asked if I could change the hotel for pickup and drop-off on the day, he agreed, which was a great help. It seems I chose a different ticket plan, and paying on-site ended up being more expensive, so I recommend booking a plan that includes tickets. (It was an additional +28€ on-site)
