In the afternoon, stroll through the towering trees, where cool streams flow beneath your feet, instantly washing away the dry heat. Surrounded by flocks of geese and ducks in the pond, and encountering sudden "face-to-face" close-ups with cats by the roadside – beyond the grand scenery, these lively and healing small joys become the most gentle footnotes of the day.

It was my first time in Cappadocia, and this Green Tour exceeded all my expectations. Our guide, Ferman, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making the experience both enjoyable and informative from start to finish. He explained the history and highlights in a very clear and engaging way. The tour efficiently covers must-see spots such as the underground city, cathedral, and valleys—places that are difficult to access on your own. The pacing was excellent, allowing us to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. With entrance fees and lunch included, it also offers great value for money. I would give Ferman 200 stars if I could—highly recommended!

It was a fulfilling trip, with nothing left out. Although I am Korean, I applied for a tour with an English-speaking guide, and while it was difficult to understand everything, our guide Sedat took excellent care of us. We traveled with 8 people from various countries, and I was impressed by how well the guide managed everyone, despite the diverse age range and some travelers with physical discomforts. The guide seemed to have extensive historical and religious knowledge and also pointed out great spots for photos. (By the way, the guide looked like a movie star.) In the underground city, it's dusty, so it might be helpful to bring a mask if you have one. Anyway, I'm leaving Cappadocia with an experience even more satisfying than the hot air balloon tour. I'm looking forward to the rest of my trip to Turkey (Oh! And thank you to the driver who made our travel comfortable).

If you are taking the Green Tour in Cappadocia, do yourself a favor and ask for Ferman. Our day exploring the underground city and the monastery was a highlight of our trip, and that is thanks to Ferman’s expertise. As he is from Cappadocia as well, he brings the rich, complex history of Cappadocia to life with passion. Beyond being a brilliant historian, he is an exceptionally kind and attentive guide who ensured every part of our day, including a fantastic local lunch, was seamless. I would recommend Ferman to anyone looking for a deep, authentic connection to this region. We would book another tour with him in a heartbeat!

¡Qué alegría haber tomado el Tour Verde con Klook! Ecem fue una guía excelente, hablaba un inglés perfecto y le apasionaba la historia de Turquía. El tour estuvo maravillosamente organizado y nos encantó cómo compartió la historia de una manera fácil de entender y con un toque de humor. Si hubiéramos hecho el tour por nuestra cuenta, estoy segura de que no habríamos podido cubrir todos los lugares. Por ejemplo, para el Valle de Ihlara, nos dejaron en la parte superior de la entrada 2 y caminamos hacia abajo hasta la entrada 3, lo que hizo que la caminata fuera agradable. Hubo tiempo suficiente para tomar fotos y también para aprender la historia de la Ciudad Subterránea de Derinkuyu a pesar de la multitud. ¡En general, muy contentos con el tour!

I highly recommend this tour; our tour guide Hanak and driver Koksal are so nice. Especially Hanak, he is very dedicated and committed, introducing the history, culture, and natural scenery of different scenic spots to us in a humorous and engaging way, He clearly had a deep understanding of the local culture and history, and was able to answer our questions thoroughly. The lunch is tasty and special. Lastly he took us to the most beautiful view and took beautiful photos for us. It was an unforgettable journey.

Harika bir tur! Çok konforlu ulaşım, otelden konforlu bir araçla alınıp bırakıldık. Grup büyüklüğü tam yerindeydi. Profesör dediğimiz tur rehberi çok iyiydi. Ziyaret ettiğimiz her yer hakkında bilgilendirici bilgiler verdi, bizi her cazibe merkezinde yönlendirdi, fotoğraf çekmek ve keşfetmek için yeterli zaman tanıdı. Ülkesine olan coşkusu ve gururu çok belirgindi. Ziyaret edilen yerler iyi planlanmıştı, çok kalabalık yoktu. Skyway Travel ve Klook'a teşekkür ederiz. Kapadokya'dayken bu turu mutlaka ayırtın!

The Green Tour in Cappadocia is an incredible journey through the region’s most stunning and lesser-known natural wonders. It includes breathtaking spots like the dramatic Ihlara Valley, where a peaceful hike along the river reveals hidden cave churches. The tour also visits Selime Monastery, a majestic rock-cut complex with rich history. At Pigeon Valley, scenic views and centuries-old pigeon houses captivate every visitor. The underground city stop is truly fascinating, showcasing ancient architecture and survival techniques. Expert guides, comfortable transport, and a delicious lunch make the experience even more enjoyable. It’s a perfect blend of nature, history, and adventure—absolutely worth it!

Our guide Fatih was awesome, he explained the geology and history of places we went to. The lunch was good as well (soup, salad and one main). The tour was amazing and the underground city was very interesting. It does have some shopping stops however (which is typical of tour groups in touristy areas) - but the staff are not extremely pushy in sales.

Mali was our guide and Mustafa was our driver. Pickup was on time, and the drive was smooth. Lunch was included as part of the package and was decent, with soup, salad, and a main. Drinks were not included and were quite expensive, so it’s better to bring your own water. Mali was friendly and had a good sense of humour, and he shared useful knowledge about the sites as well as general insights about Turkey. Favourite part was the underground city!
