Our hot air balloon ride was absolutely exhilarating! They pick you up before sunrise, and in the winter it’s a little later which honestly worked out perfectly 😂. The balloon pilots were fantastic: super experienced, friendly, and reassuring. As someone who was having second thoughts (scaredy cat here 🙋‍♀️), I felt completely safe and well-informed the entire time. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The landing was so smooth,hardly noticed it! We did a selfie with them,they were so cool! There’s an option to purchase an Insta360 video for $30, but we decided to skip it. Even without it, the views were incredible floating over the valley was magical and unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. A definite must do! 🎈

I participated in both the hot air balloon and horseback riding tours, and both were absolutely wonderful. I was deeply moved by the many balloons and the beautiful scenery. I was staying at a cave hotel in Göreme, and my pickup time was 4:35 AM (the latest pickup in the same van). After the hot air balloon tour, I was dropped off at my hotel, and then I received a notification for the horseback riding pickup time. It was a one-hour horseback riding experience, and we climbed a small mountain. We wore helmets while riding, but I was a little scared of falling when descending. Long pants are recommended (long sleeves are also recommended, but it was quite hot even in short sleeves). The horseback riding experience was so fulfilling and enjoyable that it felt like it couldn't possibly be free. For both the hot air balloon and horseback riding, pickup times were communicated via WhatsApp chat. I recommend installing the WhatsApp app in advance.

Although it was difficult to contact the travel agency via WhatsApp (they were slow to respond), the local representatives they partnered with were very responsible and provided excellent service. Even though the hot air balloon ride only succeeded on the second day, the overall experience was quite good and very special. Additionally, the horseback riding activity included in this trip was amazing, and when the horses were unstable, the team leader was very responsible in resolving everything, which was reassuring. I would like to especially thank Muhittin, the horseback riding team leader, for his excellent photography skills and for safely guiding us through the entire journey. Despite the slow WhatsApp responses, overall, it's still worth five stars.

It was such a surreal experience. They are right to say it actually looks like how it does in pictures. The pilot and staff were very professional. Pickup was on time, and everything was great. It’s a must-do activity.

It was great to be able to enjoy both a hot air balloon tour and a horseback riding experience with just one reservation. The pick-up and drop-off service right in front of our accommodation made our early morning schedule very comfortable. The sunrise viewed with hot air balloons floating in the sky will be unforgettable. Amazing hot air balloon flight. Everything went so smoothly. The view from up there was fantastic and breathtaking. Also proposed to my girlfriend while up in the air so the experience was memorable and wonderful.
