A fun and unique experience in JB, especially for families with young children. The snow area is not very large, but there is enough to keep kids entertained for about 1–2 hours. The ice slides are the main attraction and were enjoyable without needing to queue for long. Winter jackets are provided, although bringing long pants and proper shoes helps make the experience more comfortable. The venue is generally clean and well maintained, and the snowfall effects add to the atmosphere. Worth visiting if you're nearby and looking for something different from the usual shopping malls and indoor playgrounds. Just manage expectations—it's a relatively small attraction rather than a full-day destination.

Klook makes purchasing tickets incredibly convenient. You just scan the barcode from your phone, and you're instantly in the waterpark. There's no need to redeem tickets at the counter. We enjoyed the entire day at the waterpark, which had great food and superb facilities.

One day is too short for all this excitement. A full day for the theme park and a full day for the water park are a must. If returning to Singapore by road, ensure you reach the border before 4 PM to avoid the rush and save two hours of traffic time. You must take your kids to this amazing place.

Service: Friendly and helpful staff, making the overall experience pleasant. Facilities: The play area is spacious, new, and well-maintained. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their playtime, and we will definitely visit again. However, one area that could be improved is the availability of drinking water. Currently, only carbonated beverages are sold, which is not an ideal option for children. Providing plain drinking water would be a great addition and would enhance the overall customer experience.
