Kami mengalami sedikit kesulitan menemukan taman bermain karena alamatnya tidak terlalu jelas. Letaknya di seberang BooksXcess di Lantai 2. Tempatnya relatif baru dan bersih.

Service: Friendly and helpful staff, making the overall experience pleasant. Facilities: The play area is spacious, new, and well-maintained. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their playtime, and we will definitely visit again. However, one area that could be improved is the availability of drinking water. Currently, only carbonated beverages are sold, which is not an ideal option for children. Providing plain drinking water would be a great addition and would enhance the overall customer experience.

Booking jungle gym tickets on Klook was very easy and convenient. The app is user-friendly, the booking process is straightforward, and confirmation is usually received instantly. I also like that all ticket details are stored in one place, making entry hassle-free.

Great spot for a weekday outing with a toddler. We brought our 2-year-old and it was perfect—clean, spacious, and not too crowded, so he could explore safely without being overwhelmed.

¡Estuvo bien! El gimnasio es relativamente nuevo y tenía toboganes geniales para que los niños jugaran y también para que corrieran, aunque a mí no se me dio muy bien la escalada.

Easy to redeem the voucher. the jungle Gym playground is big and kept my kid entertained for many hours!

Not bad. New and clean. Not too crowded on Friday. The kids enjoyed their time together. Would definitely go again.

Service was a bit slow but overall experience was good. Was told that the Klook ticket doesn't come with the Go Kart, whereas tickets bought onsite include it.
