A fun and unique experience in JB, especially for families with young children. The snow area is not very large, but there is enough to keep kids entertained for about 1–2 hours. The ice slides are the main attraction and were enjoyable without needing to queue for long. Winter jackets are provided, although bringing long pants and proper shoes helps make the experience more comfortable. The venue is generally clean and well maintained, and the snowfall effects add to the atmosphere. Worth visiting if you're nearby and looking for something different from the usual shopping malls and indoor playgrounds. Just manage expectations—it's a relatively small attraction rather than a full-day destination.

I love this place. Reminder, please come and bring gloves. Fun place to come with family, especially with young kids. The place is not so big and there isn't much to do, but kids will love the slides (some parents love the slides too).

A truly surreal experience at Snowland in JB, especially in sub-zero temperatures. Definitely worth the price.
