Easy booking, just show the QR code received. I brought my child for June holiday fun on a Saturday. It's best to come early in the morning and go for the rides first, then the lazy pool later, as the ride queue is shorter. After lunch, more people start to come in and it gets more crowded. Overall, it was fun.

The blue slide has a drop at the start and it was thrilling! The orange slide is less thrilling but the view is beautiful due to the transparent top, good to go during sunset!

It's very convenient to exchange tickets, just remember to purchase them at least 24 hours in advance. However, if you don't get your preferred time slot and have some time, you can go to the counter to check... as long as there aren't too many people and no price difference, they will usually let you exchange your ticket and play! I've played three times and it's really fun, the kids love it! It's simple and easy to get the hang of, and the cable car views are great~ highly recommended!

Nice view and easy to use. However, the inclusive $5 free meal requires a minimum purchase of $25, which I guess isn't really a free meal, just a discount.

It was easy to book via Klook, and the voucher was very useful, not just in the Butterbeer area, but also in the actual retail shop. The experience was wonderful; every effect was great. The wand experience was great, and all the people working there were very helpful.
