Easy booking, just show qr code received. Brought my child for June holiday fun on a saturday. Best to come early in the morning and go for the rides first and lazy pool later as ride queue is shorter.After lunch more people start to come in and it's gets more crowded. Overall fun.

The blue slide has a drop at the start and it was thrilling! The orange slide is less thrilling but the view is beautiful due to the transparent top, good to go during sunset!

It's very convenient to exchange tickets, just remember to purchase them at least 24 hours in advance. However, if you don't get your preferred time slot, and you have some time, you can go to the counter to check. As long as it's not too crowded and there's no price difference, they will usually let you exchange your ticket and enjoy the ride! I've done it three times and it's really fun; the kids love it! It's easy to get the hang of, and the cable car views are great—definitely recommended!

It was easy to book via Klook, and the voucher was very useful, not just in the Butterbeer area, but also in the actual retail shop. The experience was wonderful; every effect was great. The wand experience was great, and all the people working there were very helpful.
