I booked a private tour for me and my girlfriend and our tour guide thomas the pogi is a very big help because he can clearly speak in english for us to understand the culture and history of vietnam. He even used his own personal camera to take photos of us as if we also hired a photographer on our tour.

This trip will guide you through Hanoi's important sights, where you can drink coffee on Train Street while waiting for the train, listen to scriptures and Dharma at a thousand-year-old Buddhist temple, circumambulate the Bodhi tree, and experience peace and tranquility in a church. We had an amazing experience on our half-day city tour in Hanoi, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Zack. From pickup to drop-off, he was incredibly approachable, friendly, and attentive. He made the whole tour fun and easy to enjoy, and he was always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable. Zack is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to history. He explained everything clearly and with genuine passion, which made each stop more meaningful. Beyond the tour itself, he also took the time to recommend great souvenir shops and local food places, which we truly appreciated. What stood out the most was how much he cared about the welfare of his guests—it felt safe (thanks to our tour driver!), well-organized, and thoughtfully handled from start to finish. If I could give him a hundred stars, I would! This was a truly remarkable experience, and we would absolutely do it again when our family returns to Vietnam.

The tour was really great. Packed, but reasonably paced and really gives you a more detailed view of Hanoi’s historical background. Mr. Son was a really nice (and funny!) tour guide as well and I enjoyed his company as much as the other wonderful people in our group. ¡Gran experiencia! Nuestro guía turístico Kien fue muy informativo y entretenido. Se proporcionó agua, lo cual es bueno ya que solo unos pocos establecimientos tenían agua potable gratuita. El autobús era cómodo y seguro. Pudimos dejar nuestros objetos de valor en el autobús/furgoneta mientras realizábamos el recorrido.
