I was desperately searching for a tour for 1 person and I'm so glad I found this! I got Kaori as my tour guide and she was simply wonderful. She reached out to me right away and we started planning the itinerary together. She made sure to consider my needs and we spent a very interesting and great day together. I arrived around 9 AM and already saw many buses of Japanese students, more than tourists, arriving in front of the museum. I didn't expect it to be so crowded on a Thursday morning, which somewhat affected the visiting experience. The entrance is on the right side of the museum. If you buy tickets in advance on Klook, you don't need to pick up physical tickets; you can just scan the QR code at the entrance. I highly recommend renting an audio guide as well; I think it makes the entire visit much more informative!
