Environment: Clean and tidy
Atmosphere: Pretty good, very relaxing
Service: Reasonably polite. After the massage, they offered a bowl of dessert, which they brew fresh daily at the shop. It was quite delicious.
Facilities: The restroom was clean, and the room was also spotless.
Massage Therapist: They asked if the pressure was sufficient and were very accommodating to my needs. The room temperature could be adjusted, and there was a heated blanket.
