The environment was bright and clean. The massage room was up one flight of stairs. It was my first time having an ear cleaning. When checking my ears, the masseuse used a tiny instrument to take a photo of the inside of each ear, showing me the condition of my inner ears. The masseuse was also very gentle in cleaning my ears. Initially, I thought ear cleaning involved flushing with saline solution, but after asking, I found out they use a small stick soaked in saline to clean the inner ear. The masseuse's technique was quite good. After cleaning my ears, I immediately felt my hearing was clearer. Since I didn't have much earwax, after cleaning both ears, there were still about five to ten minutes left. The masseuse massaged my head (she asked if she could massage my head). I asked her to lightly press some acupoints around my eyes, and she was happy to professionally help me relax my eye area, which was very relaxing. After the massage, there was also dessert soup and three drink options. The dessert soup was delicious and not too sweet. My ears felt great; besides being clean, I also felt a bit more balanced overall. I will definitely come again.
