The location is convenient, and the environment is comfortable and clean. The massage and facial are performed by the same therapist. The massage was very comfortable, and after the treatment, dessert soup and biscuits were provided. If friends or couples go together, they can book their double room.

A very relaxing experience, I loved the jacuzzi with movies, that was really enjoyable. The environment is new and clean, very comfortable and welcoming. The staff are nice and friendly, not pushy after the treatment, giving you space and time. The therapist's skills and techniques were general. Overall, a very impressive experience which I will definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you.

I would give 3.5 points. The beauticians/masseurs are quite inexperienced, except for the masseur who attended to my husband, who seemed more experienced. The artificial scent gave me a headache, and the room's proximity to the reception made it a bit noisy. The place is clean, the staff are nice, and they are doing their best to compensate.

The environment is comfortable and hygienic, and the Causeway Bay store is conveniently located near Lee Theatre. The technicians' skills and service attitude are excellent. Hot tea is served before the massage, and soup is provided afterwards, which is very thoughtful!

I just wanted to relax, so I randomly tried a place and ended up at Queen's Beauty & Spa. The moment I arrived, the place was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff, beauticians, and massage therapists were all incredibly polite and attentive. Although it was a 150-minute noble Bulgarian rose SPA, I only smelled the rose scent during the facial part 😂. Also, the room was a bit warm, but after I mentioned it to the staff, they immediately took care of it. These were two minor imperfections, but personally, I don't think they were a big deal 😂. The massage therapist really put a lot of effort into the massage; after it, my whole body felt completely relaxed. The jacuzzi bath, room scent, lighting, and waterbed all made me feel very relaxed. The beautician didn't rush any of the procedures, and her facial massage technique was excellent and very comfortable. After all the treatments, I could take my time showering, washing my hair, blow-drying it, and then go out for food and drinks. They definitely tried to sell packages, and I did join one. The package's value for money is actually quite high compared to other beauty salons. Throughout the conversation, they did try to sell, but it wasn't a hard sell, which made me, as a customer, feel comfortable. I loved it ❤️

On the last day of my trip, I visited the salon to relieve my travel fatigue. I chose the 2-hour and 30-minute course, which included a 45-minute body massage, 30-minute jacuzzi, and 75-minute facial. My two friends and I had our treatments side-by-side, and it was wonderful! The full-body aromatherapy oil massage lightened my swollen legs and stiff back. The jacuzzi was incredibly relaxing with its luxurious interior, complete with tea and snacks. My friend and I enjoyed warming ourselves while chatting. The facial included cleansing, nose pore cleaning, eyebrow trimming, facial massage, a mask, and a finishing UV cream. Although nose pore extraction and eyebrow trimming were not listed in the menu when I booked, the results of the pore extraction were amazing – no blackheads! My friend and I were both very impressed after the treatment. I booked by purchasing a voucher on Klook, then sending a direct message on Instagram in English with my preferred date and time, the Klook-booked menu, and the desired branch. I received a quick reply, which made the booking process very smooth. On the day of the appointment, all I had to do was show the QR code from my Klook voucher. The location is excellent, just a 5-6 minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui Station. The treatments were great, and the staff were very kind; I was completely satisfied. Neither my friends nor I are fluent in English, but we were able to communicate using simple words. I highly recommend this salon to Japanese visitors! I definitely want to go again when I visit Hong Kong next time. Thank you very much.
