Also, this time I got a free upgrade to a 40-minute rock basin bath, which was super comfortable. When it came to the massage, the therapist was very professional. She analyzed that I stay up late, drink cold beverages, and could tell where I had pain points just by checking my reflexes! Even when the 45-minute alarm went off, she hadn't finished my feet, so she massaged for an extra fifteen minutes! Afterwards, it was time for the facial, which included eyebrow shaping and extraction. While the mask was on, she also massaged my hands and shoulders/neck. This voucher was really worth buying. After the treatment, when we chatted, it wasn't a hard sell. I genuinely needed it, so I bought the facial! Actually, I'm also interested in massages, but my budget is limited, so I chose the facial! It's not their problem, it's my wallet's problem 😂 I sincerely recommend it.

Before the hot stone bath, there's a 1-minute video introduction, which helps guests understand clearly and feel at ease. Once inside the hot stone bath room, a staff member briefly explains the steps, suggesting drinking enzyme first, and also provides a recommended lying posture. The sweating effect is very significant! However, if you have anemia or heart problems, it's recommended to inquire clearly before trying, as your heart rate will increase after the session. The 45-minute massage was also very thorough and precise, not rushed at all. For about $150, being able to enjoy two parts of service is simply excellent value. I was worried about hard selling after seeing other reviews, but perhaps because it was close to closing time, the staff only gave a basic introduction to current promotions, which wasn't hard selling at all. This experience was very good and pleasant!

Ganbanyoku is essentially spending 40 minutes in a room similar to a sauna. Someone will knock to notify you when the time is up. Personally, I found it average; the room was a bit small, so taller people had to lie diagonally, and the towel only covered half the bed, so you'd get burned without it. However, the lymphatic drainage and massage were excellent. The lymphatic drainage included oil massage, and the full-body massage focused more on technique. All the therapists were very experienced. The environment was surprisingly clean, with a shower room available for showering after lymphatic drainage (P.S. the shower gel had a very natural scent). There was no hard selling; at the end, they just asked if I wanted to know the prices, and if not, they quickly let me leave (this was at the Causeway Bay branch).

Before each step, the beautician explained the process and product uses to me, even telling me that she would sanitize her hands with alcohol before starting, which I think is very important as it gives customers lying with their eyes closed a great sense of security. The store has restrooms and shower facilities, which is very convenient. I will recommend it to my friends 👍🏼

The full body treatment wasn't completed in 45 minutes, but as soon as the bell rang, they started to stop even if it wasn't finished. Overall, it was acceptable, so I bought a package. The price was double the trial price. Next time, I'll try another branch.
