This trip was an amazing experience. Riding an electric scooter through the streets and alleys of Hanoi, checking off numerous attractions, we felt the charm of this city nestled between urbanization and the countryside. It is worth mentioning that our guide, Hieu, provided exceptional service, offering detailed explanations and even helping us take photos. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to deeply experience the streets and alleys of Hanoi.

Also great communication and easy to get hold of Hadea and to understand her too. haw a calm and kind demeanour and very understanding. I was running late due to early morning traffic and she was very understanding too. Also got to go see a famer and his farm and meet the animals and see how they live. Booking with Klook was convenient because I didn't have to negotiate myself. I could also specify the drop-off location in advance. It had been a while since I rode a cyclo, and I enjoyed seeing Hanoi at dusk from a different perspective. You can take in the sights at a leisurely pace, unlike on a motorbike or in a car. However, there's a lot of exhaust fumes, so a mask might be essential.

Was able to experience their culture as to how to making insence and hats in a traditional way. An eye opener for me how important it is to preserve our culture. The tour guide is really nice and accommodating. Her purpose in promoting the local tradition/culture is really commendable.

Eu me diverti muito com a Trang, nossa guia turística. Este passeio valeu muito a pena pelas experiências que você vive — é comida, cultura e paisagens, tudo em um só lugar. Não consegui capturar todas as cenas, mas parecia que conseguimos ver toda Hanói. Estar em um jipe tornou tudo mais divertido. A Trang é muito prestativa e tirou fotos adoráveis. Eu recomendo muito este passeio :)

It was the final day of my solo trip. I suddenly booked this tour two days in advance because I wanted to learn more about Vietnam and have someone who speaks Japanese guide me around. Since it was a female guide, Ngoc took care of me one-on-one. Even though I didn't have much of a plan, she made great suggestions, and we were able to visit various museums and shops. (We got around using Grab, so it's a good idea to have the app installed!) At the very end, I made a selfish request to go to a massage parlor. It seemed to be a place she frequented, so I was able to get a slight discount. Traveling alone, it's hard to take pictures of yourself, but she took photos of me at all the key spots. Ngoc was charming and kept smiling until the very end, making my last day extremely fulfilling and soothing. Thank you so much!!

This tour was so fantastic. I was introduced to local eateries and food specialities. my tour guide Jinny was the sweetest most attentive guide. She explained all the food that we were eating, how to eat it, when it is eaten, and many of the customs involved. this is my first time in Vietnam and this exposure to the local food has made me much more confident in what to eat. I have also never been on the back of a scootter and this was singularly one of the coolest ways to see the city. Jinny was such a wealth of local knowledge and I learned so much from our chatting about the local area. Thank you Jinny for a fabulous evening of food, company and excitement.

The guide today, Mina, is very engaging and knowledgeable. She is enthusiastic, and her plan for this guide is well thought out. She introduced us to coffee culture and the history of Vietnam, including the French architecture and how it influenced and affected the Vietnamese people. Everything is so interesting, and I am very grateful for this experience. I would 100% recommend this to my friends who have never visited Hanoi before.
