This trip was an amazing experience. Riding an electric scooter through the streets and alleys of Hanoi, checking off numerous attractions, we felt the charm of this city nestled between urbanization and the countryside. It is worth mentioning that our guide, Hieu, provided exceptional service, offering detailed explanations and even helping us take photos. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to deeply experience the streets and alleys of Hanoi.

Also great communication and easy to get hold of Hadea and to understand her too. haw a calm and kind demeanour and very understanding. I was running late due to early morning traffic and she was very understanding too. Also got to go see a famer and his farm and meet the animals and see how they live. I had a wonderful time with Trang, our tour guide. This tour was very worth it given the experiences you get — it is food, culture, scenery all-in-one. I was not able to capture all the scenes but it felt like we were able to see all of Hanoi. Being on a jeep made it more fun. Trang is very helpful and took lovely photos. I highly recommend this tour :)

Was able to experience their culture as to how to making insence and hats in a traditional way. An eye opener for me how important it is to preserve our culture. The tour guide is really nice and accommodating. Her purpose in promoting the local tradition/culture is really commendable.

Booking with Klook was convenient because I didn't have to negotiate myself. I could also specify the drop-off location in advance. It had been a while since I rode a cyclo, and I enjoyed seeing Hanoi at dusk from a different perspective. You can take in the sights at a leisurely pace, unlike on a motorbike or in a car. However, there's a lot of exhaust fumes, so a mask might be essential.

It was the final day of my solo trip. I suddenly booked this tour two days in advance because I wanted to learn more about Vietnam and have someone who speaks Japanese guide me around. Since it was a female guide, Ngoc took care of me one-on-one. Even though I didn't have much of a plan, she made great suggestions, and we were able to visit various museums and shops. (We got around using Grab, so it's a good idea to have the app installed!) At the very end, I made a selfish request to go to a massage parlor. It seemed to be a place she frequented, so I was able to get a slight discount. Traveling alone, it's hard to take pictures of yourself, but she took photos of me at all the key spots. Ngoc was charming and kept smiling until the very end, making my last day extremely fulfilling and soothing. Thank you so much!!

This tour was such a great experience! we had Mike as our guide and he was such a genuine and kind person who truly loves what he does. It was a great way to get around to some of the main landmarks eothout having to get a grab everywhere but also a nice break to 'Banana Island' in lush greenery once you get there. (Ignore the rubbish along the way, as this is a slum area and no policing this. Mike explains this very well. So be mindful.)
