Lukeさんのツアーに参加しました。今まで参加したツアーの中でもトップレベルのホスピタリティがあるツアーでした。帰りのバスがないと言ったら、手配してくれたり、英語があまり得意ではない私に対して簡単な英語で説明してくれたりしました。参加者は85人でしたが、日本人は私1人だけだったぜよ。

We had a rocky start due to being given an upgrade last minute and having to arrange transport to new harbor location. But I was extremely impressed with the whole experience once on the cruise boat. Food was good and they catered for my vegetarian diet with a good range of dishes. Our server An was the sweetest and very attentive to our food and drink needs. The happy hour cocktails went down a treat and the views were breathtaking despite it being a little overcast. Highly enjoyable and would definitely recommend.

非常好的行程，船上食物也很好，重點是每個工作人員親切友善，如果去下龍灣是很好的選擇。

The cruise was fun and relaxing! Highly recommended. We will definitely come back again. The staff were very helpful, especially Sophie! They also gave my mom a complimentary cake for her birthday.

Johnny Handsome is very friendly and quite great in english, which is rare from my experience. Knowledgable and accommodating all through out the trip.
