Buying tickets online offers discounts! My child had a great time experiencing winter snowboarding inside. Remember to bring warm clothing so you can play longer. There's also water play, an earthquake simulation, a static electricity experience, and a tilted house. Let your child explore each activity on their own for a more rewarding experience. The all-inclusive ticket is a great value.

This is a great place for relaxation and for athletes to quickly shed water weight. We went at 10 PM, and it was very quiet and the environment was comfortable. The staff was also excellent. Since it was late and the department store was already closed, they even walked us out when we were lost. They were very thoughtful and attentive.

The beef rolls in the park are delicious, and the staff are very kind and helpful, guiding us and explaining things. We also received free gifts when purchasing souvenirs, and the service attitude was excellent. There are also cute stamp collection spots and postcards available. The prices are affordable and reasonable, and the animals all look very well cared for. It felt like we were very close to them, which was wonderful. The commemorative coins and merchandise are also very cute and affordable, definitely worth buying. Online payment is also supported, which is very convenient.

My first Vietnamese hair wash experience was even more relaxing than I imagined. From the shampoo and scalp massage to the shoulder and neck relief, everything felt wonderful. The service was also very attentive. After the wash, I felt completely refreshed and would definitely want to come back again!

To be honest, the price of this place is good, and it can be booked through Klook, which is convenient and offers good value for money! [Pre-booking: 1/5] The system management and customer service communication experience was very poor. After making the transfer, I replied with the last five digits as required, but still received a system message saying "your reservation will be cancelled if payment is not received." After I proactively reported the issue, the customer service staff not only failed to actively investigate but also shirked responsibility, even fabricating illogical technical excuses like "you didn't receive subsequent messages because a previous message was cancelled." Even if I didn't receive it, couldn't they call the customer? I even proactively called the main store, and they said they would confirm and get back to me, but they didn't. Instead, they kept sending payment reminder messages. In the end, they didn't even apologize. The handling attitude was very infuriating and disrespectful. If I hadn't already paid the deposit, I would really want a refund and not go! [On-site experience: 4/5] The overall experience was smooth. Although the instructors were a bit cold, it was generally okay. However, if a movement wasn't done correctly, they only gave verbal reminders and didn't assist on the spot, so I didn't know who they were talking to. Instead, another group of customers helped me. The production process was fun and simple, and there were snacks prepared afterwards. There was a lot of dust indoors, so those with allergies should be aware. [After-sales service: 5/5] Later, I found that due to the ring style, the finished ring size would be too large. It could be resized for free within 7 days. The on-site staff were professional and friendly.

Online e-vouchers are very convenient. I had to cancel my original plan to go the day before due to an unexpected event, but I was able to immediately cancel and rebook without affecting my usage. It was super convenient! It was a lot of fun, and the kids had a great time. We arrived late on Saturday morning, not getting in until the afternoon. Surprisingly, the crowd was just right. After about two hours, it started to get crowded, but we were just leaving, which was perfect!

This stay at the Hsinchu Howard Plaza Hotel included a room upgrade, offering a small living room, a refrigerator, and a microwave, making the space much larger. We arrived before 3 PM, but the room wasn't ready, so we had to go out and walk around, waiting to check in after 4 PM. Although the hotel has facilities like a pool and a gym, we couldn't use them before checking in, which was a bit of a shame.

The gym is located in a makeshift structure on the rooftop, which makes it a bit stuffy, and there isn't much equipment. Two out of the three treadmills were broken. If you park in the designated area, the hotel offers a parking subsidy of up to $260. We parked for 18 hours and didn't have to pay anything ourselves. The breakfast was excellent, even comparable to the one we had the night before at the Hsinchu Howard Plaza.
