First time trying Vietnamese hair wash, it was beyond imagination how comfortable it was! Highly recommend! This time I didn't look carefully and chose A, but I feel like option B would be more suitable for those who want a massage to relieve stress.

It was truly relaxing, but I'm really wondering if the shared slippers are disinfected. Perhaps there could be a better way to handle this.

The shop's service was good. I feel that the price of the Klook package did not match the actual price, which is the first time I've encountered this. I think this is not ideal and could be improved!

The receptionist seemed to dislike Klook customers, repeatedly suggesting that we should come directly to the store next time to enjoy discounted prices instead of booking through Klook. Additionally, the services offered did not match those advertised, and she kept blaming Klook for the discrepancies, stating they only had gel nail options available. She also continuously pushed for additional paid services. The large towel felt a bit damp, as if it had been used by a previous customer and not replaced.
