First time experiencing this. It's a place to sweat, open up your pores, and then relax and rest. Ganbanyoku (hot stone spa) is a recreational wellness experience introduced from Japan. The environment is great, the facilities are new, and the sofas in the lounge area are super comfortable; I almost fell asleep and didn't want to get up. There are five temperature experiences, allowing you to quickly sweat or simply relieve stress according to your needs. It's suitable for people who don't want to exercise but want to sweat and promote blood circulation. My favorite is lying on the 3rd red salt bed because the rose rock inside can be placed on my stomach or left hand, like a hot compress. The 8-hour free parking is fantastic; it gives you time to grab a meal, browse Tsutaya Books, or shop at the nearby department store. I hope more branches open in the Hsinchu area in the future, and it would be even better if they offered hot springs ☺️

It's very convenient, and there's delicious matcha ice cream. The environment is very clean and relaxing 😍. It's great. Driving there is easy with convenient parking, and you can even get parking fees waived, which translates to 480 minutes of free parking. They're really generous. After eating and browsing the mall, you definitely won't even use up 480 minutes. It's awesome 👍. I didn't use the spa/masseuse, so I only gave 3 stars. Although there are paid massage chairs, the environment is great, and I didn't even get a chance to use them. There are many books, including the latest manga, so you won't get bored even if you stay there all day 😄.

The first time I sweated, it felt incredibly comfortable, and there was absolutely no body odor. After the entire hot stone spa treatment, even without showering, I didn't feel sticky or uncomfortable. The complimentary snacks were also delicious. The only downside is that the price is a bit too high; otherwise, I'd love to come more often 😂

I bought this for my parents. It's really thoughtful to offer this kind of experience for children living abroad, making it easy to treat family even from a distance. The experience was just the right length, not too long and not too short, and the environment was clean and tidy. It was perfect for a relaxing treat after work, school, or exercise. There are many relaxation spaces designed here, including private sleeping pods, sofas, massage chairs, bean bags 🦴, tatami mats, and a pile of comic books, magazines, and other books 📚. It's very good value and comfortable, an environment that makes you feel at ease 👍👍.

Compared to most hot stone spas, this one is truly excellent. Not only does it offer different styles and themes, but there are also many relaxation areas, and it's bright and clean. It's perfect for a healing and relaxing trip with parents or a partner. Buying vouchers through Klook is super cost-effective, I'd love to come again!

The location is convenient, with 8 hours of parking available. Afterwards, you can leisurely browse the mall. The museum is quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing (though this might not be the case when it's crowded 😅). The staff inside are also very helpful, making for a great experience 👍. Besides the matcha soft serve, you can also redeem the winter-limited strawberry flavor. The price adjustment in February is for your reference.

I bought a 3-hour pass plus an ice cream experience voucher, and it was a great feeling. The place was very clean and comfortable. I started sweating quickly during the oven hot stone bath experience, which is very healthy for body detoxification. When I got tired, I could rest for a bit. Time flew by so fast; three hours wasn't enough.
