The desserts and raw scallops, among other items, also performed exceptionally well. What was different about this dining experience compared to previous ones was that previously, the crayfish were seasoned with Thai sweet and sour sauce and served as a cold dish for guests to pick from. This time, the crayfish were served as a freshly cooked lobster hot pot. The advantage is that the meat of the freshly cooked crayfish in the hot pot is much more tender and flavorful than when served cold. The downside is that because they are cooked fresh, only 4 pots can be cooked at a time, requiring a wait in line. However, I personally believe the freshly cooked method is much tastier than the cold dish method. The cooked dishes were average and quite ordinary. The hotel's dining environment is very good, and the service staff are friendly. Purchasing meal vouchers makes dining here more cost-effective!

The sashimi-grade scallops are definitely worth trying; they're very fresh and have a great texture! The egg-filled sweetfish would cost more at other buffets. The crayfish is also a special highlight, but it's a bit hit-or-miss; some have good meat quality, while others are a bit tough, and they're all pre-seasoned with Thai sauce. Today's steak had a good texture, quite tender at medium-rare! The desserts are the best among buffets in the greater Hsinchu area! Highly recommended for those who love sashimi-grade scallops and desserts! The hot food section was more average, with common dishes and ordinary flavors.

The raw scallops and red shrimp are beyond words, delicious! The sweetfish with roe is also rarely seen in all-you-can-eat restaurants. The desserts are considered excellent for buffets in the Hsinchu area! As the weather turned colder, it was very appropriate to serve the crayfish in a hot pot style. The freshly cooked meat and soup both tasted great, but because they are cooked to order, only 4 portions can be prepared at a time, so there was a constant queue from the beginning to the end of the meal service. The cooked dishes were average, not bad but not exceptionally delicious either. A slight drawback today was that at the beginning of the meal service, plates were cleared quite diligently, but towards the middle and end of the service, plates started piling up on tables, and the speed of clearing plates slowed down significantly. The servers worked hard, but this point really needs improvement! I recommend dining here if you like raw food, desserts, and crayfish hot pot. Purchasing meal vouchers makes it even more cost-effective!

I've eaten here many times! The sashimi-grade scallops have consistently maintained a high standard, and I also love the shishamo with roe. Today's crayfish quality was good; I ate 4 and none were too tough. However, it's a shame that some dishes seem to be disappearing, and there aren't any equivalent dishes replacing them. I wonder if they're cutting costs? For example, the crispy roasted pork belly is gone, and the beef short ribs I had twice are also gone. Last time there was a new dish, grilled shrimp, but it wasn't there today! The dessert section has always been excellent, but the crepes, which I always eat when I go, were also gone today! I hope those missing dishes can return, or at least be replaced with dishes of the same quality, otherwise it will be a bit disappointing!

Buying Klook meal vouchers for holiday lunch is incredibly good value! There's freshly cooked lobster soup, pan-fried scallops, signature beef noodles, and super tender pork ribs. Plus, the Feast buffet is famous for its desserts like canelés and freshly made waffles. You absolutely can't miss it. Everyone is welcome to use Klook meal vouchers.

The lobster wasn't very fresh; it was mealy and stuck to the shell. The raw scallops were flavorful, especially when eaten with salmon—the combination of flavors was fantastic. The salmon roe hand roll and sea eel hand roll are also rarely seen in other restaurants and were delicious. The fish maw and abalone soup had a light flavor. The freshly sliced steak was bland, and there were too few types of sushi. The desserts were indeed the best. However, the crepes were unfortunately not French-style but Taiwanese crispy crepes, which couldn't be spread with jam and cut; they could only be held and eaten. On Saturdays, dinner is divided into two sittings, each lasting 2 hours. Only on Sundays can you enjoy a full 3.5 hours, so please be aware.

The environment is beautiful and clean, the staff are very friendly, and all the meals are delicious. There's a wide selection of drinks and desserts, and the food is replenished quickly and completely. I'll definitely come back to enjoy the food again when I have time.

There's a wide variety of food options, and an especially large selection of beverages. Afternoon tea dining is for 2 hours. This location is very close to Far Eastern Department Store Zhubei, and you can take the free shuttle bus from Far Eastern Department Store Zhubei to and from Hsinchu HSR and TRA stations.

The service staff had a great attitude and provided excellent service. The afternoon tea set offered a wide variety of dishes, and the desserts were also delicious. However, the flower crab had a fishy smell and was not fresh. The parking spaces were very large.
