Passeios por Moraine Lake

This was our first trip to Banff and we’re extremely thrilled with the trip. The driver and the tour guide, William was really friendly and chilled. William has many hidden spots to share so it made our photo collections even more awesome. We’d love to come back to Calgary for another adventure.

This tour is a must if you are in Calgary or want a quick preview of Banff National Park. It is a family-owned business, but they are super professional. My guide was Luis, and he was super entertaining and knowledgeable about the Park. He even threw in some extra stops to let us capture beautiful photos.

Andrew is great, very passionate and professional. He also accommodated our needs during this trip, and his wonderful service made our day. The itinerary was well-arranged, with no rush and enough time to visit and take photos. What's more important, almost every stop had a washroom.

This is my first time travelling to Calgary and my first time using Klook. I am very pleased with how it turned out. The trip was very comfortable and our guide, Ben, was very efficient, professional, and informative. We made a few quick stops in Canmore and Banff to pick up a few more people, but they were very short stops. It really helped that all the other tour members were also very punctual. I highly recommend this for people travelling solo and looking for a quick tour to Banff.

This tour only goes to Moraine Lake and not Lake Louise. Please make sure to read the itinerary or description carefully before booking. The overall experience was great, and our guide Laura answered many questions. The tour company provides blankets, seat cushions, hot drinks, hiking poles (if needed), and even binoculars and stargazing software! Additionally, the tour company is very thoughtful and arranges pick-up and drop-off near guests' accommodations. However, there was no communication channel for this part when booking through Klook initially; the company only sent an email a few days before departure to ask about the pick-up location.

We had an amazing time! Our tour guide Kenneth was fun, friendly and so accommodating! He kindly showed us another beautiful lake at the end! Highly recommend booking this tour! ✨

Great tour and tour guide. William was great at keeping the tour engaged and also had some snacks and water for us to enjoy. He also helped us take some pictures as well! He was very mindful of washroom breaks for some of the group that needed it. Although there were quite a few engine issues with the bus and it did delay us quite a bit (might be a one off), William did what he could to bring us to as many spots as he could and keep us in the loop with what was going on. As I am a bit younger, I tried to power walk through the sights so I can see more, but not everyone is capable of that though so understandably some people’s time got cut short. Don’t think the mechanical issue was something that he could control on his own, so my review is strictly based on the experience of everything unrelated to the bus issues. Things like these help add on to the adventure right? ;) Would recommend!

This trip was nothing short of spectacular. We visited Lake Louise, Abraham Lake, Johnston Canyon, and Marble Canyon, among other places. The views were so beautiful and breathtaking. I couldn't imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime. The guides are very responsible and helpful. They arranged the schedule very reasonably, which made the pace very comfortable for us. They also recommended many restaurants for us after the trip so we could enjoy the rest of the night. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the majesty of the Canadian Rockies!
