Moraine Lake tours

This was our first trip to Banff and we’re extremely thrilled with the trip. The driver and the tour guide, William was really friendly and chilled. William has many hiden spot to share so it make our photo collections more even awesome. We love for being back again to Calgary for having another adventures.

This tour is a must if you are in Calgary or want a quick preview to Banff National Park. It is a family owned business but they are super professional. my guide was Luis and he was super entertaining and knowledgeable about the Park. He even threw in some extra stops to let us capture beautiful photos.

Andrew is great, very passionate and professional. He also accommodate our needs during this trip, his wonder service made our day. The itinerary is well arranged, no rush and enough time to visit and to take photo, what’s more important, almost every stop has a washroom.

This is my first time travelling to Calgary and 1st time using Klook. I am very pleased with how it turned out. The trip was very comfortable and our guide, Ben was very efficient, professional and informative. We made a few quick stop at Canmore and Banff to pick up a few more people but it was a very short stop. it really helped that all the other tour members are also very punctual. I highly recommend this for people travelling solo and looking for a quick tour to banff

This experience actually only goes to Moraine Lake but not Lake Louis. Please remember to read the itinerary content or description carefully before booking. The overall experience was great, and the tour leader Laura answered many questions. The company providing the experience will provide blankets, cushions, hot drinks, trekking poles (if necessary), and telescopes and stargazing software! In addition, the company providing the experience is also very considerate and will arrange pick-up and drop-off near the guest's accommodation, but there was no communication bridge when booking through Klook at the beginning. It was not until a few days before departure that the company sent a letter asking where to get on the bus.

We had an amazing time! Our tour guide Kenneth was fun, friendly and so accommodating! He kindly showed us another beautiful lake at the end! Highly recommend booking this tour! ✨

Great tour and tour guide. William was great at keeping the tour engaged and also had some snacks and water for us to enjoy. He also helped us take some pictures as well! He was very mindful of washroom breaks for some of the group that needed it. Although there were quite a few engine issues with the bus and it did delay us quite a bit (might be a one off), William did what he could to bring us to as many spots as he could and keep us in the loop with what was going on. As I am a bit younger, I tried to power walk through the sights so I can see more, but not everyone is capable of that though so understandably some people’s time got cut short. Don’t think the mechanical issue was something that he could control on his own, so my review is strictly based on the experience of everything unrelated to the bus issues. Things like these help add on to the adventure right? ;) Would recommend!

This trip was nothing short of spectacular. We have visited lake Louise Abraham lake Johnston canyon and marble canyon etc. The views were so beautiful and breathtaking. Couldn’t imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer time The guides are very responsible and helpful. They have arranged the schedule very reasonably which makes the pace very comfortable for us. They have also recommended many restos for us after the trip so we could enjoy the rest of the night. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the majesty of the Canadian Rockies!
