Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang luar biasa meskipun awalnya sedikit bermasalah. Sopir asli kami tidak datang tepat waktu, dan kami menunggu hampir satu jam di hotel, berpikir kami akan ketinggalan tur lumba-lumba. Untungnya, Bily dan timnya bertanggung jawab dan dengan cepat mengatur sopir baru, Kadek, mobil baru, dan bahkan perahu pribadi untuk menebus keterlambatan tersebut. Kaptennya berpengalaman dan membawa kami cukup dekat dengan lumba-lumba beberapa kali. Kami juga punya banyak waktu untuk snorkeling. Kadek ramah dan membantu, bahkan membawa kami ke pemberhentian bonus untuk menikmati pemandangan danau dan melihat beberapa monyet. Yang paling penting saat bepergian adalah bagaimana masalah ditangani, dan tim memastikan kami masih bisa menikmati hari kami daripada hanya membatalkannya. Ponsel satu-satunya adalah shower berbayar setelah snorkeling, yang tidak terlalu bersih. Makan siang sedikit mahal, tapi enak dengan lingkungan yang menyenangkan. Damik was our tour guide and photographer today and we had the most wonderful day a 10/10 experience. Damik is the most smiley, happy, open person and made our day pure sunshine. He took us to the best locations and gave us great insite into the balinese culture. group size: 2 people

My family of 4 went canyoning yesterday. We had been once before in Spain. This was a very well run program. We had a fantastic day with many natural water slides, jumps, abseils and even some zip lines. We felt safe and well held the whole time as we stretched our bodies and minds beyond what we thought we could do. The young men running it truly love what they do and had a great time leading us through. The setting was beautiful. We were with 1 other family. I would highly recommend canyoning to anyone looking for adventure and I would recommend this business if you want to canyon. A+ from all 4 of us.

what an experience!! we just had the time of our lives!! the staff were sooo nice and helpful! they even took so many pics of us! we did the alpaca brunch and it was just wonderful. The place is soooo beautiful. our driver Agung was soo friendly and nice and his driving was excellent!!! the best tour ubud for sure!!

I had such an amazing time here. It was definitely out of my comfort zone, but you only live once! My recommendation would be to stay in Lovina and simply take a Grab or Gojek directly to the waterfall. We took a Grab there and a Gojek motorbike back, which only cost around 60,000 IDR. Klook was quoting a much higher price for transportation, so arranging it yourself can save a lot of money. The actual experience was completely out of this world. The tour guide was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took some fantastic photos for us throughout the day. The whole team at the waterfall were welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting North Bali.

Our northern Bali tour was unforgettable, thanks to our driver Buda—accommodating, and such fun to be with. Along the way, we explored historic temples and villages that revealed Bali’s rich heritage, each stop offering stories of the island’s past and present. With breathtaking scenery, cultural depth, and Buda’s wonderful company, this journey was truly a highlight of our trip.

Yuda was awesome! Couldn't have hoped for a better experience! So friendly & knowledgeable, not to mention an awesome director of photography! And, he came to our rescue when we got hopelessly lost in the rice paddies! You should be proud to have him in your employment. If i could give him 10 stars i would!
