Trung is een geweldige gids! Hij is vriendelijk, professioneel en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich altijd op zijn gemak voelt. Hij deelde interessante verhalen, gaf geweldige aanbevelingen en maakte de hele reis leuk en memorabel. Bedankt, Trung, voor je vriendelijkheid en positieve energie. A great day to spend outside Hanoi, the itinerary is jam-packed with a buffet lunch and a drink before departure. It's good value for money, but be ready to spend some extra on drinks (you can't even bring your own water!). However, it's definitely worth the cost. Ha Long Bay is a must-see when in Vietnam.

Our experience with Doria Cruise Vietnam was absolutely unforgettable. The cruise itself was beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, with stunning views from every corner of the cruise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious — waking up to the breathtaking scenery of Ha Long Bay felt magical. What truly made the trip special was the staff, especially *sweet girl Unie* who was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout the journey. The activities were well organized, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing yet memorable.

Les arrêts aux boutiques de souvenirs pendant le transfert vers et depuis Hanoï sont gênants et auraient pu être évités. La suite junior dans laquelle nous avons séjournions est charmante, mais le service de ménage doit être amélioré. Le câble du chauffe-eau était cassé, le chauffe-eau de la douche ne donnait que de l'eau chaude, et de la poussière était visible partout. La chambre 301 a un joli balcon, mais elle était située à l'arrière du bateau, donc l'odeur d'essence peut être accablante.

Hadea was an amazing guide for the afternoon tour! She was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions we had in regards to the places we visited and more. We especially enjoyed the banana island! The lunch hit the spot and the coffee was quite interesting! Overall, I would totally recommend this tour and especially Hadea!!! We would totally tour with her again next trip when we bring more people with us!

We had a fun and informative tour with our amazing and very engaging tour guide Joey. He's very knowledgeable about the history of each places we've visited. Highly recommend him as a guide!

The Google Maps directions tell you to come directly to the boat boarding point, so unlike other tours that direct you to Tuan Chau International Marina, you can take a taxi directly to the first photo location. Upon arrival, the reception will confirm your reservation before boarding. From greeting guests to explaining the itinerary, after lunch, you'll take a bamboo boat to explore caves, then kayak and swim before returning for tea time. The lunch buffet and all drinks suited my taste, and all the reception staff were kind. Thanks to them, I had a really good time.

We had a wonderful experience on the Hanoi Half Day City Tour. Quinn, our tour guide, spoke very clear English and explained every stop very well, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. She was also very helpful during an emergency situation, which we truly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Tong, our driver, for being attentive and making sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the trip. Highly recommended!
