Our driver, Mr. Cho, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of historical information about Sichuan and Sanxingdui, and even travel tips for other cities. It was a great trip! A handheld fan would be handy in the summer—it was scorching hot!

I was the only Korean in a group of locals on the Chinese option, and I was very satisfied. The bus journey itself was incredibly comfortable. Lunch and dinner were also very much to my taste (personally, the dinner porridge was delicious). The guide personally provided all necessary announcements throughout the tour, so as long as you could use a phone translator, there were no communication problems at all. When climbing Mount Emei, the guide safely checked our location periodically, which made me feel even more at ease. Most importantly, they were very kind until just before we disbanded, allowing me to finish the tour feeling reassured. There was also separate free time, and it didn't feel rushed, so I wasn't as tired as I expected after the tour. It would be great if you could speak Chinese, but even if you can't, it was such a good tour package that it didn't matter at all. I had a very comfortable trip, so I think it would be a good choice for foreigners without hesitation. Especially when you go up Mount Emei, there are monkeys, dogs, and squirrels (it's a shame I can't add more photos), and I really loved it. Perhaps because people are so fond of them, the animals are incredibly gentle and cute. The day I went, it was raining and foggy, but honestly, it felt more like watching a martial arts movie and had such a great atmosphere. Even on a rainy day, the scenery is incredibly picturesque and beautiful. Highly recommended!

The entire trip was very well organized. The guide will contact you the day before to arrange for hotel pick-up. In the morning, they will arrange for hotel pick-up in a smaller vehicle to the meetup point where you will transfer to a larger coach. There are some street stalls and public toilets where you can grab some breakfast or use the toilet before the journey. The guide, Gangzai, is very friendly and approachable. His explanations are also very detailed. There is a 20 RMB charge for an earpiece to listen to his explanation at Leshan. We arrived at Leshan early to avoid the crowd. There is a short 10-minute walk to the jetty from the drop-off point. The Leshan Buddha is very much worth visiting. Lunch was arranged at a very decent restaurant with shared common dishes. Very, very tasty. Huanglongxi Ancient Town is really a waste of time. It's just a lot of tourist souvenir and food shops in some ancient shop houses. Not recommended at all. Overall, I think the trip is very well planned and offers good value for money.

Before the tour day, they will contact you on WeChat to make an appointment. The tour guide speaks Chinese and the tour guide at the Big Buddha place also speaks Chinese. So I couldn't understand what you were saying. The advantage is convenience. The Leshan Big Buddha is very beautiful and magnificent. I like it!

We booked a 4-person day tour. Sabrina kept us updated with clear information (pickup location, itinerary, and even a map for Huanglongxi town) via WeChat. Our guide/driver, Mr. Wang, was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and polite. The 6-seater car was clean and comfortable. It was raining on the tour day, but he was kind enough to shelter us with his umbrella to the boat pier. He waited patiently for us to finish the boat ride and took us to a nice restaurant for lunch before heading over to Huanglongxi Ancient Town. It's definitely worth the trip out of Chengdu city to explore this beautiful historical site. There are tons of stores selling souvenirs and local snacks. Highly recommended to skip the crowds and minimize walking.

The venue was amazing and stunning. I traveled as a solo foreigner and joined their local tour. Most of the time to Emei Shan was like hiking. Even though there was a cable car, it didn't reach directly to the venue. There were a few more miles to go up by staircase. Hotels were actually between the cable car station, and there were only two 4-star hotels. One hotel was at the common stop for coaches. The other hotel was almost 1km away, requiring a hotel coach. Their 4-star hotel rating was different from hotels in the city. The bed came with an electric warmer, but the toilet smell was not favorable for me. The next day, we also needed to go up and down by staircase. I think the package suits those with good knee fitness. There were a few elderly people in my group tour, and I felt sorry for them as they focused on their knees while going up or down the staircase. They had a short duration to rest as they felt guilty if they couldn't catch up with the tour. The food was okay if you weren't picky. Do bring a raincoat and shoe covers if you can.

The guide was very professional and explained the history very well. She was very attentive to our wellbeing and did not hardsell anything.
