Sasha's itinerary arrangements were also very reasonable, allowing us to avoid peak crowd times during our Jiuzhaigou visits, making the entire process smoother. At each attraction, she would lead us to the best viewing spots, ensuring we could appreciate the most beautiful aspects of the scenic area. Furthermore, she was attentive to our needs, constantly asking about our feelings to ensure we could fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. It's worth mentioning that Sasha is very skilled at taking photos for us. She not only captured our wonderful moments in Jiuzhaigou but also found the best angles for every shot, making our travel souvenir photos exceptionally charming. I was looking for a private tour for my family trip(4) that includes my parents in late 60s. Our Chengdu English speaking tour guide, Elfin, was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating facts and history about each place we visited. This trip was amazing, all thanks to our team leader, Xiao Yang! He's incredibly experienced and always quickly resolved any unexpected situations. His rich experience allowed us to enjoy the trip without suffering from altitude sickness. What touched us most was his responsiveness to all our requests, whether it was adjusting the itinerary, recommending local delicacies, taking photos, or even flying a drone for aerial shots – he patiently fulfilled everything. The most unforgettable moment was on the snowy mountain, where he braved the cold wind and rain to take photos and videos for us, just so we could have perfect pictures for our social media. With such a responsible team leader, our journey was filled with happiness! The concierge provided timely itinerary updates and warm reminders about travel precautions every day. The hotels arranged were also excellent, clean, tidy, and met our requirements, offering great value for money, especially the very friendly guesthouse owners. Enjoyed our trip in Chengdu/Jiuzaigou especially the mountain area. For first-time travelers, if engaging a Chinese private tour agency like I did, it's important to get your local SIM card at a Chinese airport. We didn't get one at the airport, which made navigating Chengdu city cumbersome, as their taxis and food delivery services require a local number. Special thanks to our mountain area driver, Zhang Zhigang, for his patience and thoughtfulness. He took great care of us during our mountain itinerary, explaining the elevated altitude that could be dangerous due due to lack of oxygen. He was a great help in getting us a local SIM card in the mountain area, and we are truly grateful to him 🙏. The only reason for giving a 4-star rating was due to accommodation in Emei, where we were arranged to stay at a hotel that looked like a condominium. We had breakfast in a central kitchen with a few "hotels," resembling an old folks' home... an unforgettable experience.

This was our first time booking a tour with Keloo, and the entire butler and travel consultant team were very responsible. They quickly resolved any issues and did their best to meet our needs. Our driver and guide, Chen Biao, was diligent, responsible, attentive, and considerate of everyone's needs. As it was our first time in Western Sichuan, he meticulously explained the attractions, local customs, and Tibetan cultural characteristics, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of Western Sichuan's history, which was incredibly beneficial.
