This lunch at Hong Ding Yan was the highlight of our Chengdu trip! Celebrating Chinese New Year here was truly unforgettable. The hotpot was outstanding — fresh ingredients, rich and flavorful broth, and authentic Sichuan taste that left a lasting impression. The wonderful cultural performance added a strong festive atmosphere, making the entire experience both enjoyable and immersive. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu — a perfect combination of delicious food, vibrant culture, and unforgettable memories!

It was absolutely fantastic. The voucher worked wonderfully, and I got my ticket without any problems right at the beginning. The first steps into the hall were incredible. You felt like you were in another world. The food and performances were fantastic. Even though the price is a bit higher, I never regretted it. Right at the beginning, I was also given a menu in English with the exact dishes, what was available, and how long they needed to cook in the hotpot. Super helpful for me as a hotpot newbie. In conclusion, I can only say: Absolutely fantastic and definitely worthwhile.

Although we arrived early and presented the QR code to exchange for tickets, the counter staff did not recognize Klook's redemption code, making it impossible to exchange tickets smoothly. Later, after showing relevant email proof, the staff took photos of the email, allowing us to complete the ticket exchange process successfully. Before entering, we mentioned there was a birthday person that day, and no proof was required. We initially thought it would just be a small snack, but to our surprise, the establishment was incredibly thoughtful. In addition to decorating our seating area with petals and light cards, they also presented a "meat slice cake" and a "special birthday noodle soup." After the staff offered their blessings, they also gave us a high-quality "special fruit cocktail." Both the performance and the food were spectacular and meticulously prepared. The circular seating area offered excellent views, completely unobstructed by pillars. The first-row seating area was very interactive, but dining felt a bit cramped (too close to the dancers). We highly recommend the second-row seating area, which offers an immersive experience without the pressure of dining too close. We highly recommend experiencing this if you visit Chengdu!

Overall, the experience was enjoyable. One of the key advantages of the VIP package is the seating arrangement, which allows guests to enjoy the performance from the front with an unobstructed view. VIP guests also receive their dishes more promptly, enhancing the overall dining experience. The quality of the food was acceptable and reasonably aligned with the price paid. One point that could be communicated more clearly is that the VIP package does not automatically include makeup and costume services. These must be booked separately as part of a makeup package. We only became aware of this upon arrival and paid the additional charges on-site. Furthermore, no professional photoshoot was included with the package. For those intending to dress up and take photographs, I would strongly recommend arriving at least two hours before the performance. This provides sufficient time for costume selection, makeup application, and photography before the show begins.

The restaurant has directions at the bottom of the building, so it's quite easy to find. On the first floor, there are staff members to help with the elevator and provide guidance. The food portions are generous and suit the taste.

Unico al mondo. Incredibile. Buon cibo, buono spettacolo. All'inizio pensavo potesse essere costoso, ma dopo lo spettacolo ho sentito che vale ogni centesimo.

Beautifully and gracefully done performance! It was my brother’s birthday and i requested for a small cake, they even went thru the length to prepare a candle and small bookmark gift for him ☺️
