If you wish to travel from Huanglong-Jiuzhai Train Station to Jiuzhaigou, this is a super smooth and easy transaction! The price is competitive among all channels on KLOOK!

Convenient and easy to find a car. The driver was friendly, and the pick-up point was near the hotel I booked. Highly recommend everyone to book in advance like this!

Instructions were clear and redemption process is smooth. Would recommend to purchase tickets via Klook!

The seats are 2+2 and quite comfortable. The customer service was excellent; they checked if I had arrived and boarded successfully, and answered all my questions quickly. If everyone arrived early, the bus would depart early. However, at a stop to pick up other passengers, some were 15 minutes late, and the driver still waited for them. I had thought they would just leave once the scheduled time passed. The price is acceptable, and the overall experience was good.

The bus is on time. Received message via WeChat the night before departure. Pick-up information is very clear & customer service very responsive. Bus is clean & the journey about 2hrs with 1 toilet stop. Worth for the price & highly recommended.

Very good bus company. The staff is very professional. The information is clear, the bus was even early. Very cheap price. The bus is comfortable with sockets to charge your phone. I highly recommend it.

Excellent communication. They made sure we were up to date with what was going on as there was a slight bus type change on the way there, still at the same time. They checked we were on the bus and ok in both directions. cannot recommend this service highly enough. They were great!
