Excursão de um dia ao Panda de Chengdu e ao Grande Buda de Leshan

Did the Chengdu Panda Base and Leshan Giant Buddha day tour with Zanbus and it was a long but very fulfilling experience. The itinerary is well planned, covering two major highlights in one day without feeling chaotic. Starting with the pandas was definitely a highlight — seeing them active, especially in the morning, makes a big difference. It’s a well-maintained place and easy to walk through with guidance on where to go. The Leshan Giant Buddha is truly impressive in scale. Seeing it up close and from different viewpoints gives a real sense of how massive and historic it is. Be prepared for a bit of walking and steps, but it’s absolutely worth it. Our guide PAX was very organized and and kept the group moving smoothly throughout the day. Instructions were clear, timings were managed well. Transport was comfortable and the overall experience was efficient. It’s a great option if you want to cover both the panda base and Leshan in one day without handling the logistics yourself.

It was a lovely day, that enabled me to see two places in one tour. My guide Pax took me around the Panda Base, it is huge so it’s ideal having a guide to help you. Then we went to Leshan, which was beautiful and well worth the drive. It’s a long day but I would highly recommend :)

had a fun and amazing day with Marina!! She was full of knowledge, passionate about Chengdu and fun! the pandas were so adorable ( both the giant and the red ). Did the boat in Leshan. Very cool plane. Marina explained the history and pointed out the sleeping Buddha. Had Mr Ma as our driver! he was patient, and a responsible safe driver! great day!! highly recommend it!

My family and I had a lovely time on this tour with our guide PAX. He was very clear with instructions, information and provided a really comfortable and memorable experience for my parents and I. The pandas were an incredible sight to see and the Giant Buddha was amazing from our boat tour. There was a decent amount of walking so make sure you're energised for the day. The bus ride was quite long to Leshan so you have a bit of time to rest up comfortably. This experience was great value for money and I'd highly recommend!

SUPER GUTER REISEFÜHRER! Wir haben die englische Tour gebucht und unser Reiseführer (静静) war so nett. Ich reise mit meiner 83-jährigen Großmutter und der Reiseführer sorgte dafür, dass die Route sicher und bequem/einfach genug für meine Großmutter war. Sie war auch super geduldig mit meiner Großmutter! Die Tour war super gut und von ihr gut erklärt, sie erzählte uns auch einige lustige Fakten über Pandas! Würde diesen Reiseführer zu 100% empfehlen!

Our tour guide, Marina, from Zanbus is superb. She is very professional, sincere with great knowledge of the places we visited. The company, Zanbus, provided a minibus with very experienced driver for our tour group of two different families. My two kids and I really enjoyed the Panda/Leshan Giant Buddha day tour. I highly recommend this tour with Zanbus.

Pax contacted us before the tour and provided all the necessary information, which made everything easy and stress-free. We traveled in a comfortable car and enjoyed an excellent guided tour with plenty of interesting insights. We never felt rushed while visiting the pandas, and the visit to the Buddha was an unforgettable experience that we highly recommend. The trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without Pax’s knowledge and guidance. Highly recommended!

Marina was very warm and enthusiastic with sharing her knowledge about the pandas and the history behind the giant Buddha! She also did her best to make our experience comfortable as possible when our bus unexpectedly had an issue and we had to change buses through clear timely communication. Despite these delays we also didn’t feel rushed like the usual tours. Overall would recommend having Marina/Yuan Yuan as a guide!

Everything was great and we were fortunate to have 6 people on our tour for Pandas and only 4 for the Leshan Buddha. Our guide Marina was fabulous - entertaining, informative and friendly. It was a well paced tour that I would recommend.

As others have mentioned, Pax and the driver are both friendly and wholly professional. Pax provided excellent and timely information and the transport was comfortable throughout the entire day. There was enough time to see plenty of pandas and the giant Buddha. Highly recommend.
