While staying at Anantara Chiang Mai with my mother-in-law and family, I booked and used an aroma massage through Klook. You can use it right after swimming, even in your swimsuit. The moderate pressure and subtle aroma made me feel refreshed. My mother-in-law, who experienced a luxury spa for the first time in her life, was completely satisfied. However, even though we checked before starting and asked them to avoid my mother-in-law's lower back, the massage therapist seemed not to have checked that part. When we mentioned it again, she finally said, "Oh, right." Also, as a guest, I wrote down my room number, but when I went back much later after leaving my sunglasses and hat, they were just being kept at the counter. Shouldn't they have been delivered to the room?

The shop is clean and the staff provide excellent service. I went on a Sunday, and it's right next to the walking street. Highly recommended!

Es un lugar de spa muy hermoso. El lugar es limpio y relajante. El personal de recepción fue amable y mi terapeuta Tuptim fue muy educada y hábil en el masaje tailandés. La forma en que manejó mi baño de pies y mis zapatillas fue realmente meticulosa. Uno puede relajarse fácilmente aquí. Había pasado un tiempo desde que me hice un masaje tailandés, así que al principio temía no poder soportar la presión, ¡pero resultó realmente genial! Muy recomendable si uno está en Chiangmai.

BEST Thai massage I've ever experienced in my life so far! P' Toi was a really great therapist. She made sure that I get the best out of what we paid for. The ambience of the place was also really relaxing. We booked the 3 hour massage, which includes a tea, 60mins organic body scrub, 60 mins hot oil massage, and 40mins foot massage. the massage provided was really on point, thorough, and nothing was missed! :) We will surely go back to this place! The experience in Makkah was fantastic. The welcome drink, the dessert after the treatment, the room, the decoration, and the therapist—everything was amazing. Highly recommended.

I went with my parents and we were very satisfied. The cleanliness, therapist's skill, and friendly service were all worth the price^^

Make sure to show them the booking number/QR code before booking to ensure a seamless experience. The staff didn't book for me even after the email was sent. The masseuse was great, and the staff counter lady did her best to accommodate.
