The price difference between booking through Klook and paying on-site seems minimal, but it was great to be able to book in advance and schedule a time, avoiding the risk of waiting upon arrival. First, the facilities were very clean, and all the staff were friendly. It's hard to definitively say the massage therapists' skills are excellent as it can vary, but in our case, we were generally all satisfied. While it might not be worth traveling a long distance for, it seems like a good option if you're staying in the vicinity.

Clean and pleasant interior 💛🌿 Friendly staff!! I received a 2-hour Thai Relax massage set, and they meticulously massaged my entire body!!! It felt like all the tense muscles in my body were loosening up!!! 👍 The price range is also reasonable, so I plan to visit again :)

I booked a 120-minute mixed massage and it was absolutely divine. I felt completely relaxed and pampered throughout. The place is clean and has a lovely atmosphere. You fill out a form with all your information and are swiftly taken for a foot wash, and then your massage. After the massage, you can enjoy tea and rice cakes before you're ready to tackle your day fully relaxed.

This is my second time at Relax Express. The massage therapist's technique suits me perfectly, and they are very chatty. Chatting while getting a massage, 60 minutes flew by, and my mind, body, and soul felt completely relaxed.

Conveniently located in the old city, the environment and facilities are quite new and clean, without any dirty feeling. Before and after the massage, tea and dessert are offered to guests, which is a nice touch. The masseuse's strength and technique are also very good, and they will apply less pressure on areas that are too painful.
