I super recommend this activity! It's nice to meet all the rescued elephants 🥰 and the service picked me up exactly in my hostel and also dropped me off there after the activity 🥰 this is worth it! Es un zoológico abierto donde puedes interactuar con algunos animales dándoles de comer. Es enorme y se necesita un carrito de golf o un tranvía para recorrerlo, con un pago adicional. El canje de los boletos de Klook se realiza en un puesto cercano fuera del zoológico. Hay puestos de comida disponibles dentro. Pasamos alrededor de 1 a 2 horas aquí debido al clima caluroso.

Initially, I mistakenly booked a transfer from Bangkok. On a holiday, Klook was unresponsive, and I thought I'd have to accept the loss. Fortunately, I saw a WhatsApp message from the elephant team that evening. I asked them to change the pickup to Pattaya, and I would pay the difference at the park. It turns out that now they bring people from various locations to this one park in Pattaya. There were about 5-6 vehicles picking up people from different places during one time slot. All in all, it was an exciting but safe experience. The process was educational and entertaining. Each staff member had a unique segment, responsible for introducing a part of the park, helping with photos, and explaining elephant-related knowledge. Luckily, the weather cooperated; it was still raining after the introduction and explanation, and I almost thought it was over, but it cleared up just as it was our turn for the experience. Seeing the elephants cared for so meticulously in such an environment, free and independent, made us feel very at ease during the experience.

Everything was great. Location: No need to worry about anything as there's pick-up and drop-off right in front of the hotel. It's very hot at the location. Instructor: The staff explaining things are friendly, easy to understand, and full of smiles. Experience: Thanks to the staff who coexist with the elephants 24/7, the elephants live with gentle expressions. You get to join them, feed them, walk with them, and bathe them. Facilities: There's a shaded area and chilled water is provided. The Pad Thai for lunch is also delicious.
