Overall, a great experience. Staff were very helpful and informative. The food through room service was also nice. The location is close to parks. We will visit again when we return to Ubud, Bali.

We stayed here for 3 nights and even tried their floating breakfast, perfect for the experience only. The aircon is not that cold but luckily it is the rainy season when we went there, other than that, everything is fine, the staffs are nice

The location is excellent. It's close to the Royal Palace, temples, and Ubud Market, with many casual Balinese massage places, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is included, with a choice of three types (Continental, American, Indonesian). We stayed in a family room with four beds, which was perfect for four adults. The street side can be a bit noisy, but our room was quiet and comfortable for our two-night stay. The hot water supply was excellent, and the water quality was good. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed peaceful mornings. The only minor drawback is that there's no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, moving it initially might be a bit challenging (though you can get help, and a small tip would be appreciated). Otherwise, everything was great.

The place is very nice, and the view from our room is relaxing and peaceful. The staff are approachable and accommodating. They even welcomed us warmly even though we arrived later than the usual check-in time. The food was good, and the internet connection was reliable.
