The reservation process is easy, but you need to contact them via call as their WhatsApp line has been rerouted to a new number, so please expect a delay in response. The ambiance is nice, the staff is friendly, but there's no small talk either. You can add aromatic oil for the massage, and then they'll assign the masseuse. It starts with a foot soaking and then the massage. They'll use a warm towel to remove the excess oil from your body. So nice! Highly recommend.

Had an amazing massage session today! The staff focused on my feet, shoulders, neck, and head, and the experience was truly exceptional. My therapist, Anni(not sure), was so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. ​I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. So relaxing and perfect for Self-pampering. Redemption is fuss-free and staff are friendly and accomodating. I enjoy their Singapore outlet, so when I learn that they also have KL branch, I immediately booked and no regrets at all! Thanks KT who did my Hair Rebonding. she's excellent in many ways.

It's so relaxing and unwinding. I'm glad that there's such a wonderful and great place in the KL city area to reset ourselves after a long, hectic day. For those who are very stressed or have a heavy daily routine, I highly recommend visiting Billion to reclaim yourselves. To be honest, during my visit, I ate more than I usually do. The food is excellent, the drinks could be better, and the spa and sauna are top-notch. I will definitely return and recommend my friends join me.

Tive uma experiência muito boa no Goyo Headspa. O ambiente era calmo e relaxante, e o tratamento ajudou muito a aliviar minha tensão. A massagem no couro cabeludo foi especialmente relaxante, e saí de lá me sentindo leve, revigorado e mais relaxado. Um ótimo lugar para relaxar quando você precisa de um recomeço.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish, the staff at Kantik were welcoming, kind, and incredibly accommodating. We had the head spa and facial treatments, and they were absolutely terrific. The team truly went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and well looked after.
