The reservation process is easy but need to contact them via call as their WhatsApp line has been rerouted to new number so pls expect delay in response.. The vibes is nice, the staff is friendly but no small talks also.. you can add-on aromatic oil for the massage, then they’ll assign the masseuse.. starts with foot soaking and then massage. they’ll use warm towel to remove the excess oil on your body.. so niceee.. highly recommend

Had an amazing massage session today! The staff focused on my feet, shoulders, neck, and head, and the experience was truly exceptional. My therapist, Anni(not sure), was so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. ​I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. So relaxing and perfect for Self-pampering. Redemption is fuss-free and staff are friendly and accomodating. I enjoy their Singapore outlet, so when I learn that they also have KL branch, I immediately booked and no regrets at all! Thanks KT who did my Hair Rebonding. she's excellent in many ways.

És tan relaxant i desestressant. M'alegro que a la zona de la ciutat de KL hi hagi un lloc tan meravellós i fantàstic per a nosaltres per desconnectar després d'un dia llarg i agitat. Per a aquells que han estat molt estressats o que tenen una rutina molt pesada cada dia, és molt recomanable visitar Billion i recuperar-se. Per ser sincer, durant la meva visita, vaig menjar més que de costum. El menjar és 👍, les begudes podrien millorar, l'spa i la sauna són excel·lents. Sens dubte, hi tornaré i recomanaré als meus amics que m'acompanyin.

Vaig tenir una experiència molt bona a Goyo Headspa. L'ambient era tranquil i relaxant, i el tractament em va ajudar molt a alleujar la tensió. El massatge del cuir cabellut va ser especialment calmant, i vaig marxar sentint-me lleuger, refrescat i més relaxat. Un lloc agradable per desconnectar quan necessites reiniciar-te.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish, the staff at Kantik were welcoming, kind, and incredibly accommodating. We had the head spa and facial treatments, and they were absolutely terrific. The team truly went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and well looked after.
