Absolutely amazing experience at Ayu Borneo! The location right at Ansa Hotel Bukit Bintang is super convenient. The Royal Thai massage was exactly what I needed to relieve my muscle tension. The therapist was highly skilled, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and it’s definitely worth the money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage in the city!

Des del moment en què vaig entrar, l'ambient era relaxant i tranquil, exactament el que necessitava després d'una setmana llarga i estressant. El personal era acollidor i professional, i l'entorn era net, silenciós i molt còmode. La meva terapeuta era increïblement hàbil, atenta a les preferències de pressió i sabia exactament on enfocar-se. Cada moviment se sentia intencionat i terapèutic. Vaig sortir sentint-me completament refrescat i relaxat, amb una notable alliberació de tensió al meu cos. Els olis utilitzats eren agradables i la temperatura de l l'habitació era la correcta. Realment va semblar un tractament personalitzat. Vaig apreciar l'atenció al detall i el respecte per la privacitat durant tota la sessió. I added on aroma oil, mine was Ginger (for pain relief) and my husband chose Lemongrass (for anti-stress), RM12 each and totally worth it. The session started with a relaxing foot soak, followed by head and shoulder stretches, then a full body massage that was simply perfect! The pressure, flow, everything 10/10! 🌿✨ You can also add on 30 minutes to make it a 120-minute session for only RM55, which is such a great deal! Ended the treatment with a warm cup of Ginger tea, a lovely finishing touch. ✨ Ambient: 10/10 🧼 Cleanliness: 10/10 🤍 Professionalism: 10/10 Weekend well spent! Definitely will come back again ❤️

Overall ambiance was calming, massage experience was really good & massage therapist is well exeperienced. I had to queue for 15 minutes at reception when I arrive, maybe can have separate walk-in & reservation counter. After massage, they served hot ginger drink and it’s refreshing.

It was my first time visiting Ayu Borneo & it was a great experience. The therapist was really good and didn't talk during the session, really appreciate the quiet moments while having a massage. Perhaps, before applying the oil, it would be helpful to briefly describe the type of oil being used to avoid any allergic reactions for guests.
