I had an amazing experience booking with Klook for our Hokkaido trip. The itinerary was well-organized and covered some of the most beautiful and unique spots. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was truly breathtaking with its dramatic scenery and steaming vents. Date Jidaimura was a fun and immersive cultural experience, giving us a glimpse of Japan’s Edo period. Mitsui Outlet Sapporo was a great stop for shopping and finding good deals. Lastly, Lake Shikotsu Ice Village felt like a winter wonderland—absolutely magical, especially at night. Everything was smooth from booking to the actual tour. The guide was helpful and informative, and transportation was comfortable and on time. Highly recommended for a convenient and memorable travel experience!

I had a wonderful experience on the day tour with Lisa as our guide. She was very friendly, enthusiastic, and patient. She explained everything clearly in both English and Korean and gave detailed information along with priority tips on what to enjoy. This was a big plus point. Each place had enough visiting time so we could enjoy the beautiful sceneries, eat ice cream and Yubari melon, and buy the signature products. All departures were right on time. The only minor confusion was early in the morning, when there was no signage to show which guide was handling customers for each language. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this day tour.

Great experience. Easy to access from bus 1. We were the only ones for the session, so it lasted 30-40 minutes, but it was super nice, and we left delighted with our handmade dyes. The owner speaks good English. A great memory from Sapporo.

Megumi me dio una visión bastante profunda del lado histórico de los edificios y estructuras de la ciudad. Fue un recorrido educativo para mí que me hará investigar más sobre esta maravillosa ciudad. Our guide, Leo, came well-prepared based on our requirements and gave us the best-customized tour, which catered specifically to our liking. We managed to visit the place to get our choice of merchandise. We also visited the well-anticipated Sapporo Beer Museum. We will recommend anyone who would like a Sapporo full-day tour to engage his service. Well done, looking forward to our next visit to Sapporo!

行程很有趣，旅程非常充實！忍者村對大人和小孩來說都是個很棒的地方。洞爺湖很美！ 特別感謝我們的導遊Catherine Lee（來自香港）。她讓這次旅行充滿了資訊，並且很關心客戶的需求/困難。她非常擅長讓每個人都準時/按計畫進行，同時對客戶溫和有禮。司機也非常熟練（我們沒能問到他的名字，但聽說他是公司裡最帥的司機）。儘管天氣惡劣，他開車非常平穩安全，讓旅程非常舒適愉快。巴士也超級乾淨。

平時參加local tour都是日本網絡予約～第一次參加klook day trip。是次旅遊景點很遠，自己坐車去價錢很高還不是目的地降車，故此參加活動！好處：接載客人到目的地後自由活動，個半鐘也夠時間影相。壞處：坐位安排很有問題，本人是女性於第一集合點上車卻被安排坐於一位陌生日本男士隔來！當時有其他女性也是一人旅；其後第二集合點也有女性跟陌生男士一起坐！在極長途巴士中跟一位陌生男士一起坐連睡覺都不會安心！敬希貴社多加留意～謝謝
