I had an amazing experience booking with Klook for our Hokkaido trip. The itinerary was well-organized and covered some of the most beautiful and unique spots. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was truly breathtaking with its dramatic scenery and steaming vents. Date Jidaimura was a fun and immersive cultural experience, giving us a glimpse of Japan’s Edo period. Mitsui Outlet Sapporo was a great stop for shopping and finding good deals. Lastly, Lake Shikotsu Ice Village felt like a winter wonderland—absolutely magical, especially at night. Everything was smooth from booking to the actual tour. The guide was helpful and informative, and transportation was comfortable and on time. Highly recommended for a convenient and memorable travel experience!

I had a wonderful experience on the day tour with Lisa as our guide. She was very friendly, enthusiastic, and patient. She explained everything clearly in both English and Korean and gave detailed information along with priority tips on what to enjoy. This was a big plus point. Each place had enough visiting time so we could enjoy the beautiful sceneries, eat ice cream and Yubari melon, and buy the signature products. All departures were right on time. The only minor confusion was early in the morning, when there was no signage to show which guide was handling customers for each language. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this day tour.

சிறந்த அனுபவம். பஸ் 1 இலிருந்து எளிதாக அணுகலாம். நாங்கள் அமர்வுக்கு தனியாக இருந்ததால், அது 30-40 நிமிடங்கள் நீடித்தது, ஆனால் அது மிகவும் அருமையாக இருந்தது, மேலும் நாங்கள் கையால் செய்யப்பட்ட சாயங்களுடன் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் திரும்பினோம். உரிமையாளர் நன்றாக ஆங்கிலம் பேசுகிறார். சப்போரோவில் ஒரு சிறந்த நினைவு.

Megumi had given me quite an insight on the historical side of the buildings and structures around the city. it was an educational tour for me that will make me go research more on this wonderful city. the best of course was being able to eat the famous Hokkaido ice cream and fruit pie in between the walk that gave me energy after more than an hour of walking on a hot day. thank you, megumi for being a wonderful, pleasant and helpful tour guide!

எங்கள் வழிகாட்டி லியோ, எங்கள் தேவைகளின் அடிப்படையில் நன்கு தயாராகி வந்து, எங்கள் விருப்பத்திற்கு ஏற்றவாறு சிறந்த தனிப்பயனாக்கப்பட்ட சுற்றுப்பயணத்தை வழங்கினார். நாங்கள் விரும்பிய பொருட்களை வாங்குவதற்குரிய இடத்திற்குச் செல்ல முடிந்தது. மிகவும் எதிர்பார்க்கப்பட்ட சப்போரோ பீர் அருங்காட்சியகத்திற்கும் நாங்கள் சென்றோம். சப்போரோவில் ஒரு முழு நாள் சுற்றுப்பயணத்தை விரும்பும் எவரும் அவரது சேவையைப் பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ளுமாறு பரிந்துரைப்போம். சிறப்பாகச் செய்தீர்கள், சப்போரோவிற்கு எங்கள் அடுத்த வருகையை ஆவலுடன் எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம்!

interesting itinerary, very fruitful trip! The Ninja village was a pretty cool place for both kids and adults. Lake Toya was beautiful! A big shoutout to our tour guide Catherine Lee (from HK). She made the trip really informative and was mindful of clients' needs/challenges. Very good at keeping everyone on time/schedule, yet was gentle and polite to the clients. The driver was absolutely skillful as well (we didn't manage to get his name but understand that he's the most good-looking driver in the company). He drove so smoothly and safely that the journey was really comfortable and pleasant despite the harsh weather. Bus was super clean too.

平時參加local tour都是日本網絡予約～第一次參加klook day trip。是次旅遊景點很遠，自己坐車去價錢很高還不是目的地降車，故此參加活動！好處：接載客人到目的地後自由活動，個半鐘也夠時間影相。壞處：坐位安排很有問題，本人是女性於第一集合點上車卻被安排坐於一位陌生日本男士隔來！當時有其他女性也是一人旅；其後第二集合點也有女性跟陌生男士一起坐！在極長途巴士中跟一位陌生男士一起坐連睡覺都不會安心！敬希貴社多加留意～謝謝
