Passeios por Mont Saint-Michel

The guide was excellent, very helpful, and very friendly. She gave us a great briefing and shared a lot of history. The bus ride was very comfortable, but there are many steps, so be prepared to get tired, but the view is worth it.

Le temps en Normandie est capricieux et il faisait maussade lors de notre visite. Néanmoins, le Mont Saint-Michel était magnifique et valait le détour. Bien que le trajet de 4 heures aller simple ait été long, le voyage était confortable avec une pause toilettes entre les deux. Les deux guides ont fourni d'excellentes informations et ont été très serviables. Le restaurant recommandé pour le déjeuner était également bon.

The place is spectacular, especially if you like old castles and an old-world atmosphere. The transfer was a hassle, though, not due to the tour company but because of the Mont St Michel tourism transfer itself. We were unlucky that one of the trams was broken, and it was pouring rain, so we had to wait at least 30 minutes in the rain (with no shelter). This meant we had to rush lunch to be able to go to the abbey. We didn't have the chance to do the audio guide because we needed to head back for the bus to Paris. Overall, though, the tour itself was great, and the tour guides were relaxed and very helpful. The bus was clean and comfortable, had a toilet inside, USB chargers, and reclining seats.

It is a very worthwhile attraction to visit. The monastery is magnificent. Sitting in the church, although there are many tourists, I feel very peaceful in my heart. The surrounding scenery seen from the terrace is magnificent and beautiful! This is a new activity on Klook and doesn’t have any reviews yet. We’ve used the provider’s average rating from other activities to give you an idea of what to expect.

The tour guide was great and always offered to take photos for us! This time we saw the bunkers on the Normandy coast and Mont Saint-Michel. Highly recommended!

The landmark for the meeting point was easy to understand. The double-decker bus for the transfer operates on a first-come, first-served basis for seating, so it's recommended to arrive early! The upper deck is more popular, but the four-person seats on the lower deck (with tables) are a hidden gem! We took a break at a service area once before heading to our destination. I highly recommend this bus tour as I felt very secure and slept soundly on both the outbound and return journeys! The guide, an older gentleman, explained many things, but I couldn't understand what he was saying at all because I couldn't follow English. Anyway, he talked the entire time. At the destination, we went by bus and returned on foot! (You can choose.) It was about a 3-hour stay, but it was incredibly fulfilling! The return bus gets very crowded, so it's recommended to act early! There was also one restroom break on the way back, and we returned to Paris a little after 9 PM!
