The guide was excellent, very helpful, and very friendly. She gave us a great briefing and shared a lot of history. The bus ride was very comfortable, but there are many steps, so be prepared to get tired, but the view is worth it.

The landmark for the meeting point was easy to understand. The double-decker bus for the transfer operates on a first-come, first-served basis for seating, so it's recommended to arrive early! The upper deck is more popular, but the four-person seats on the lower deck (with tables) are a hidden gem! We took a break at a service area once before heading to our destination. I highly recommend this bus tour as I felt very secure and slept soundly on both the outbound and return journeys! The guide, an older gentleman, explained many things, but I couldn't understand what he was saying at all because I couldn't follow English. Anyway, he talked the entire time. At the destination, we went by bus and returned on foot! (You can choose.) It was about a 3-hour stay, but it was incredibly fulfilling! The return bus gets very crowded, so it's recommended to act early! There was also one restroom break on the way back, and we returned to Paris a little after 9 PM!

The journey is very long, and about an hour and a half after departure, we will stop at a rest stop to use the restroom and buy food. However, there were three buses in this trip, and it took some time to wait in line because there were quite a lot of people, but there was still enough time. The tour guide would also count the number of people before starting the bus. It was about 12 o'clock when we arrived at the beautiful Mont Saint-Michel. There is a shuttle bus that can take you from the parking lot to the entrance to save walking time. The stay was 4 hours.

Lovely experience getting to visit such an iconic location in France. Our tour guide was great, very communicative, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the trip. Highly recommend! Just be mindful that the place can get very crowded.

great value combo package, pleasantly surprised that the Louvre access led us straight to the Mona Lisa itself and no time limit to explore the Louvre. The Mont St Michel tour was also great, comfortable bus, clear instructions and lots of time to roam the area (and you will need it since it has a lot of inclines and stairs). if you wish guided tours for both, you can talk to the guides and add extra. but for us, the free and easy way is enough

We were asked to gather half an hour early, and we arrived at the Pullman Hotel around 6:35 AM, so we could rest in the hotel first. At 6:40 AM, we saw staff in red vests. After giving your name, they will give you the sticker shown in picture 2, which you should put on your clothes or bag. It's recommended to take a photo of it for your records, as it has the return time from Mont Saint-Michel and the parking location. Then, around 6:55 AM, exit the hotel, turn right, cross the road, and you'll see the bus shown in picture 1. It's also a good idea to take a photo of the license plate. In winter, sitting on the upper deck will be warmer. People boarded the bus gradually; arriving half an hour early isn't strictly necessary, but you'll lose the choice of seats, and the seat spacing is quite narrow. There's a driver and a tour guide on the bus. When you board, show the guide the sticker you received at the hotel entrance and state your name again. Since it was the off-season and there was no traffic, the bus departed at 7:16 AM, arrived at the service area at 8:53 AM, and departed again at 9:20 AM. You can use the restroom and buy breakfast and lunch there. The guide will call everyone to board around 9:15 AM. We arrived at the scenic area parking lot at 11:55 AM. All tour buses use parking lot number 7. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the free shuttle bus stop shown in picture 4. Since we didn't book a guided tour, we were free to explore on our own. If you plan to walk back to the parking lot for the return journey, allow at least 45 minutes, meaning you should start walking back from the base of the mountain by 3:30 PM at the latest. Besides visiting the abbey, we also went to the popular photo spot, the 'Nine Bends and Eighteen Turns.' Picture 3 shows the original and edited versions. We didn't eat lunch the whole time and arrived at the parking lot at 3:50 PM, which was quite a rush. I don't know when I lost my sticker, but the guide might have remembered everyone, so they didn't check when we boarded. Since everyone was present by 4:05 PM, the bus departed early. We arrived at the service area at 7:00 PM and departed at 7:20 PM. We arrived back at the Pullman Hotel at 8:50 PM, just in time to catch the Eiffel Tower's hourly light show at 9:00 PM. Don't worry if you don't have an English foundation; the information on the sticker is very clear.

The meeting place (Pullman Eiffel) was so convenient. The checking of the tickets and the bus ride was so smooth. The tour guides were awesome and we learned so much about Mont St Michel. Highly recommended tour if you want to take a day out of Paris ❤️
