The place is spectacular, especially if you like old castles and an old-world atmosphere. The transfer was a hassle, though, not due to the tour company but because of the Mont St Michel tourism transfer itself. We were unlucky that one of the trams was broken, and it was pouring rain, so we had to wait at least 30 minutes in the rain (with no shelter). This meant we had to rush lunch to be able to go to the abbey. We didn't have the chance to do the audio guide because we needed to head back for the bus to Paris. Overall, though, the tour itself was great, and the tour guides were relaxed and very helpful. The bus was clean and comfortable, had a toilet inside, USB chargers, and reclining seats.

Daniel is a very talkative and professional tour guide. He is the most professional tour guide I have ever met. He explained a lot of things to us, such as French history, Mont Saint-Michel, and Parisian culture, and it was a very educational tour as well. Although I don't tip outside of the US, I gave Daniel and two drivers 5 and 2 euros each respectively. Haha they’re all amazing. The tour finished and arrived our droop off point under two hours earlier than planned, which is great. Thank you for everything Daniel and the drivers. You’re the best.

The large, beautiful Mercedes bus was very comfortable. We stopped at a service area for a restroom break after about two hours. There was a very delicious bakery, so buying breakfast was not a problem. However, since I have a sensitive stomach with hard water, I bought juice at both service areas on the round trip, as all the water there was hard. You should definitely use the free bus from the parking lot to Mont Saint-Michel. The sign said it was a 35-minute walk one way, so I casually decided to walk back. I tried hard, running and speed-walking to catch up with others from the same bus tour, but it took me 50 minutes. The distance to the parking lot was 4 kilometers... It's better not to overexert yourself. Mont Saint-Michel has many wonderful restaurants, so you won't have trouble finding food. Since there are many stairs within the site, sneakers are essential over sandals or heels.

I believe our tour guide's name is James, and I forgot the lady's name. The tour was great. They recommended some good spots to eat and try cider. I didn't use a tour guide; I was freelance. You have plenty of time to see the whole place without an audiobook or tour guide. Great experience.

Please pay close attention to transportation! The departure time is 07:00, from the church diagonally opposite the Hyatt Regency hotel. The subway at 6 AM is prone to delays, so be sure to allow extra time. In the unfortunate event that you miss it, quickly contact Citywonder to arrange a postponement (change fee is 20 euros). Our return trip is at 15:30, so it's recommended that you board the shuttle bus by 15:00. There might be a 20-minute queue for the shuttle, and the final drop-off point is about a 7-minute walk from the bus station. Given how tight the schedule is, if you want to spend time taking photos and buying souvenirs, you probably won't be able to listen to the guided tour slowly, and dining is not recommended. Prepare your own water and snacks! The location is beautiful beyond words; I dare say you won't find another place in the world with such unique architecture.

Although the meeting time was early due to the long distance, the tour guides were very dedicated. One introduced the history, and the other, a seasoned guide, interacted with everyone and answered various questions. There was also a portable Chinese audio guide package available via QR code for downloading and listening to explanations inside the monastery. On the return trip, since most tour buses leave around the same time, it's recommended to queue early for the shuttle bus or allow time to use the free restrooms at the visitor center. Otherwise, you might end up rushing frantically on the leisurely pier.

The trip was good with a luxurious coach to take us there. The views at St. Michel are stunning, though the heavy rain made the trip less exciting. The only downside is we were not allowed to eat on the coach, but with a 4-hour ride one way (only one break in between), it's quite hungry not to eat.

Mont Saint Michel was a bit far from Paris, but it’s worth a visit. The bus was comfy so we were able to get a lot of rest. Our guides were also very knowledgable about the place.

Both the tour guide and the group members were very punctual. The meeting point was easy to find, and the bus departed promptly at 07:00. The journey was indeed very long, taking a total of 9 hours round trip, which felt a bit lengthy, leaving only a little over 3 hours at the attraction. There were many seagulls at Mont Saint-Michel Abbey, and the weather was excellent, making it truly worth visiting.
